About the release: 

We invite you to enter the wondrous sonic landscapes of Hydrous. Behind this moniker hides Per Christian Berg, an Oslo-based producer who has captivated the northern crowds with his atmospheric and highly musical approach to Electronica in the last couple of years. We've been keeping an eye on him for a while, as we share a great respect for his art, and there has never been any doubt that we'd release his music.

So here we are, by the harbour, ready to launch our next ship into the unknown waters. This is "Elements EP" - a deep, meditative journey through the fiords of the West. Rock-solid grooves accompanied by chilling, majestic soundscapes create a highly visual interpretation of a contemporary deep techno aesthetic.

To complete the journey we invited our dear friend Ness to explore what he could create with the impressive audio of "Viridian". True to the original, yet true to his own art, Ness shows what a maestro he is. This was an instant favorite at the Navigare HQ, and we are thrilled to share it with the world and expect it to be a sunrise anthem for years to come.

Eosophobia - A morbid fear of daylight. A title fitting of Primary [colours] latest release by the Australian duo, the Echo Inspectors. Conceived in the late dark hours of an autumn night, Eosophobia is a creation of strange, disturbing, sinister and unearthly energies that thrive in the night, only to withdraw when dawn breaks through the dark sky. Entities materialize around the eerie force, delicate and shy, these beings thrive in the dark. Their conviction becomes powerful as the night sky turns a darker shade of black, pulsating and heaving to create a sub sonic soundscape for the creatures of the night. Life is short lived as dark turns to light, scampering in to the shadows only to return for another venture.
 
Resoe, Copenhagen's ruler of the deep and dub, takes control of this creation of the night. Forming and reconstructing it in to a more powerful, ravenous creature of darkness. Fear of light fuels this being to become menacing, unstable and unpredictable. Vigor builds swiftly, seething as the cold autumn night goes on. Confidence only grows stronger and stronger as the night feeds its hunger only to be destroyed with a sudden shard of light, withering to oblivion.

It’s extremely gratifying for us to see that we’re about to slate our 20th release on the label.

Born from a necessity for us to showcase the fantastic talent that has graced the booth at our parties, friends of the label, and incredible online acquaintances that we’ve made from the traction gained from our releases, G.O.R.D.A (Greatest Originals & Remixes Dropped Æver)
aims to pinpoint some of the essential tracks that define our labels first 10 releases, our ethos and sound.

This compilation materialises itself from our artists capability to craft well-defined, sophisticated Techno, equal parts heavy-hitting and elegant, some drenched in nebulised atmosphere, some gritty, broken, and carefully etched into walls of static noise.

It’s been a tough task for us to gather just 10 tracks from a slew of stellar EPs and VAs that have made us infinitely proud of the talent we are surrounded by. We are overwhelmed by all the great music we’ve been able to release and thank all the artists for their music, and all the supporters for keeping our music in circulation, and our projects ever growing.

If you’re new to Gordo Trax, we hope this can be a taster for our labels music and all the great artists who have made it, and we hope this can push you to explore the rest of our catalogue.

F.RITS - The Silent Patient

Germany’s Invexis comes back to the Manchester-based Scrap & Delete label with the ‘Morphium’ EP, arriving 19th September 2025. The four tracks follow up his remix for label founder Dorbachov’s ‘Ellesmere Street’ EP earlier in 2025, which won support from Luke Slater, Jako Jako, Dave Clarke, and more. Title track ‘Morphium’ opens the EP in unexpected territory: an emotive, melodic crossover track that retains Invexis’ mechanical backbone while reaching for something more transcendent. With soaring synth layers and expertly balanced weight, it’s a rare euphoric moment in his catalogue; one destined to erupt across festival tents. ‘Nordic Noise’ pulls things back into colder, rawer terrain, a frostbitten slab of functional minimalism with raw textures, fizzing hi-hats, and relentless groove cycles. ‘Instinct’ channels classic loop techno through a modern lens, driven by restless percussion and syncopated punch. Finally, ‘RS’ pays tribute to late- ‘90s groove science with complex, kinetic motion and heads-down intensity, reimagined for a new generation of warehouse punters. Invexis is a producer and live act who first made his mark in the early 2000s with a string of influential vinyl releases and, since then, has released on labels like Mutual Rhythm, South Signature Records, and ANAØH. His raw, driving sound gives his music a timeless, textural quality. After a long hiatus, he re-emerged in 2022 with productions that channel the grit of his early work, once again pushing forward-thinking techno rooted in underground ideals.
