Secret Crunch is a label fresh out of the oven run by fellow Vienna-based artists Roman Rauch and Moony Me. 
Both musicaly rooted in HipHop, Soul, Funk and Disco and expressing themselves mainly through House Music, it was just a matter of time until they first colaborated together. Thoughts about releasing their output together through an own label came naturally soon after.
The first release of Secret Crunch is a pure collaboration between them plus two additional remixes – one by Gnork and another by Medlar & Ishmael.

„Astral Toddlers“ kicks off the A-Side quite straight with a spacey pad sequence, a swinging bassline and different variations throughout the arrangement, while the next track „Dropless Music Has No Expiration Date“ slows things down with a very unique and wonky feel to it.
Budapest's Space House genius Gnork delivered a remix for „Dropless Music Has No Expiration Date“, speeding it up again, twisting the samples and breaking up the groove.
On the B-Side we have the track „Hausware“, an uplifting and samply House groover.
And finally „Hausware“ got a complete recycling treatment by our British heroes Medlar & Ishmael, who decided to keep it more minimalistic but created some serious catchy loops underlined with some bad-ass percussion.

The A-Side kicks off with Sameed, one of Manchester's most promising artists. He delivers a funky and colourful track called - Pho' with uplifting chords and great sampling, while sharing his impressions and vibes he collected during his stay in Vietnam.
Then the synth-driven - As I' by Kian T brings you that special portion of wonkyness. The Italian stallion doesn't fail to impress with his passionate production skills and will surely get your audience moving.On the B-Side we are happy to present a collaboration by Jonna and Lady Blacktronicka. Our friend from Leicester and co-founder of City fly Records teamed up with the Californian First Lady of Deep House, coming up with this raw deepness, that is - You Make Me Do Things'.
And closing the record with elegance: Parisian newcomer and label-head of In Any Case Records - Malouane. - Got Robbed In A Forest' grooves on and on in it's minimalistic, deep ways and will take you on a trip.

House music is a global love thang. Viennese label secret crunch releases its fourth EP and his 2nd various artists sampler, which unites producers from all over the world. 

On Side A Vienna based Sam Irl opens with a jazz infused bouncy groove. "Come back" shines with its exciting musical diversity and suspense. Tijuana born Soul Of Hex alias Sebastian Vorhaus delivers a subtle rave vibe that grows into an uplifting groove. 
On the b side Moff & Tarkin impresses with a subtle steady builder based on a funky baseline, fueled with floaty space sounds. Italian Clang 83 finishes in style with a deeper than deep banger.

we're too happy about having the legendary Austrian producer Jeremiah with us for the 3. edition of our Secret Bunch series.

What makes a house tune an unique house tune? Secret Crunch Volume 5 focuses on the basics principles of making house: We are talking about a unique groove, we are talking about the original use of samples and we are talking about a soul thang. Secret Crunch Volume 5 presents four cuts of fresh and undiluted house music. 
On Side A Felipe Gordon from Columbia opens with the cool jazz infused stepper "Teusanquilo Step", while Ashley Stevenson contributes to Crunch with his new project The Last Trip To Gandahar. His track "Planet Music" captivates with earwig vocals and a catchy groove. On the b side Vienna's finest Jeremiah delivers an exciting acid experience building from the beginning to the end. Newcomer Gus Nobel finishes the EP with "Radical Science" in style - and yes, it´s a crunchy banger.
