Each individual track represents a different aspect of a toxic pattern of behavior that I've found myself in over and over again, while the overall message of the EP focuses on breaking through this cycle and finding healthy new ways to cope with the mysteries of life and love.

Anyway, this one means a lot to me, and I hope it means something to some of you too.

For me personally, I've met most of the neurodivergent weirdos that I hold dearly through my life and career in the bass scene, and I find the way in which music helps us connect with such kindred souls to be a truly beautiful thing. Maybe that resonates with some of you as well...

I took a bit of a different direction with this one, and I had a ton of fun writing it.

By the time most of my tracks come out, I've usually been working them on and off over the course of 6 months to a year, sometimes more. This one was different though, it all just fell out of me very recently over a few emotionally-driven weeks, and I knew that I loved it so much that I had to finish it immediately.

It feels to me like the type of track that everyone is either gonna absolutely love or absoutely hate, but I'm probably just overthinking it.

I fell in love with this song while driving through Spain with my wonderful partner, hearing it on the radio constantly. The vocals immediately haunted me blissfully while the lyrics about the inherent struggles of artistry and the music industry resonated deeply. I wanted to create a remix that was both true to the original and true to myself, something that could slide right into my bass music sets without losing the structure and flow of the original.
