Composed the night of the discovery of the recent passing of a friend and mentor, this song is not for easy listening, but is instead a cathartic expression of mourning.  Beginning with a lonely violin quickly joined by beats, a moment of silence interrupts the procession, which is followed by a pounding house rhythm that I know he would love.  The track finishes with a sad and mysterious guitar, a sound that he would have loved to use for scratching, as it plays long after the beat goes silent, just as he continues on in our thoughts and in our hearts long after his beats have gone silent.
