During the past 19 years Honor Boone, J.D. has established herself as a professional and reputable executive protection agent (bodyguard) and security consultant in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. During that time, her clients have ranged from CEOs, celebrities, and royalty, to victims of stalking and workplace violence. She has  consistently demonstrated an ability to adapt to any situation or venue, providing security at black-tie award events, residential operations, high-threat armed details, asset transportation, and child protection. In addition to managing details/security personnel and working one on one with clients, Honor has also provided threat assessment reports and evacuation plans to corporate clients worldwide.

 Honor's experience rests on a solid foundation of excellent training. She attended reputable protection courses in the U.S. and U.K., and have consistently sought to improve my skills in martial arts, weapons-handling, protective driving, and first aid. 

Because she has frequently traveled and worked abroad (often in politically unstable areas), Honor is comfortable in any country or culture. She speaks Spanish at an intermediate-advanced level, and continue to work with an instructor one on one via Skype.

Honor also has an excellent academic background. She received her bachelor's degree from U.C.L.A. in political science and geography, and acquired her J.D. (law) degree in 2010.

Chief Hector Rodriguez was appointed to lead the Santa Ana Unified School District Police Department in December of 2013. Chief Rodriguez has over 26 years of law enforcement experience, 23 of which have been in the area of school policing. His previous assignments included overseeing his former department’s Communication Center as well as canine operations, firearms training, motors, and the technology unit. Chief Rodriguez also has significant operational experience at the executive level of police administration including internal investigations, audits, and strategic planning.

Chief Rodriguez has strong roots in basic police fundamentals, spending 12 years working a variety of patrol, investigative, and field supervisory assignments before earning a promotion to the command ranks. He also served as a full-time as well as a line reserve police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department. The career experiences he gained during a transformational period for law enforcement provided Chief Rodriguez with a unique perspective on a police agency’s constantly evolving role in the community. These experiences also helped shape his collaborative approach to problem solving as well as his focus on the underlying causes of crime and quality of life issues. Chief Rodriguez is a strong proponent of prevention and intervention strategies as a means of addressing these problems. 

Chief Rodriguez holds several advanced degrees. His doctoral dissertation, which focused on the effectiveness of inner-city school-based gang prevention programs, was selected as one of ten national finalists for Phi Delta Kappa’s Annual Outstanding Dissertation Award in 2010. Chief Rodriguez is a graduate of the FBI National Academy as well as the LAPD's West Point Leadership Program. He is also a fully credentialed teacher and has taught a variety of academic and vocational subjects for LAUSD’s Adult School Division, Cerritos College, and the University of Phoenix.
