Die Klarheit im Geist und die Freiheit zu Fuß.

Was war das eine für eine grandiose Geburtstags/Abschieds- feier...
Ab der ersten Minute bereits verliebt und verzaubert vom Ambiente. Klar und sauber hallt der Bass auch in die letzte Ecke der Halle. Draußen herrscht eine "festivalartige" Atmosphäre.
In der Chilllounge lädt ein bequemes Sofa zum Verweilen ein, die Weinbar reizt mit einer "Mädchentraube".
Professionell - von der dezenten Dekoration über das Equipment, bis zu den schmackhaften Beilagen bei Speiß und Trank.
Insgesamt betrachtet ein rundum gelungener Abend, an den wir uns gerne zurück erinnern.

Mit diesem Set verabschieden wir uns von unserem treuen Weggefährten Finn. Für drei Monate bereist er (gemeinsam mit zwei guten Freunden) das bezaubernde Kanada.
Wir wünschen von Herzen alles gute, eine schöne Zeit und jede Menge unbezahlbarer Erlebnisse und Erfahrungen.
Wir sehen uns dann in alt bekannter Frische wieder <3

Meine Aufnahme aus der Räuberhöhle. Es hat wahnsinnigen Spaß gemacht!!! Nach 10 Minuten bereits einmal komplett durchgeschwitzt - ungefähr zur selben Zeit flog ein Hut von hinten durch die Räuberhöhle und landete direkt auf dem Cue-Button vom CD Player, weshalb ich das Set an dieser Stelle schneiden musste. Am Ende gab's auch noch Stage diven. So auch noch nicht erlebt - einfach Hammer! :-)

R&S founder Renaat Vandepapeliere returns with his personal RV Trax series showcasing the sounds he plays on the dancefloor.  
Part four carries off where the other volumes have left off with more underground electronica and techno.

Veteran French producer DJ Oil has released for the likes of Blue Note (as part of Troublemakers) and BBE.  ‘Addis’ continues his explorations into sample heavy house with a hint of electro that made his recent ‘Bref Avenir’ album such a joy.

Halosaur is a new alias of Stephane Lefrancois another Frenchman who usually goes by SLF on labels like KMS.  Recording as Halosaur lets him indulge his electronica influences and get serious on his modular synth set up.

Tom Flynn has released  for heavyweight labels like Planet E, Dirtybird and Hypercolour.  ‘Avenue A’ balances deep mechanical rhythms with sophisticated piano motifs.

Healing Noises is up and coming French producer Marianne Novomesky.  Her track ‘Palm Tree’ is  dreamy, stripped down, funked up, sun-baked house.

Next to take a virtual trip Down The Stairs (ok, apart from a few early ones, it's been virtual pretty much the whole time, we'll be honest...) is one half of Australian based duo @Interstellarfugitives, by the name of Georgia Bird (@georgia-bird-3). 

When we discovered a live club mix of Georgia's (https://soundcloud.com/jamiethescorpio/georgia-bird-at-glamorama-for-kinky-audio-11-1am), we basically stumbled upon the art of a warm set being carried out to perfection. It blew us away, and we didn't hesitate to give her a shout with a request to join the DTS ranks. Thankfully, the answer was yes and Georgia has delivered a building hour of rhythmic and heady grooves across to the other side of the world.

Zurich-based artist Soma Soul makes his debut on Endless with a musical package consisting out of five tracks, each touching the bottom of everyone's heart and soul and each with a different approach to one's sorrows. Besides the two original tracks, Hurt and Missing – which were pre-released -  Hurt comes with two remix versions from Endless head-honcho Luca Bacchetti while Innervisions mainstay and Chorus label-head Marcus Worgull gives Missing his retouch. With bird's twittering and the intagrated piano (chords) Worgull makes his approach sound like an exotic extravaganza as he creates a picture of a piano being played in the sand dunes at the beach while birds are sweetly singing along and support the melody as well as the vocal in a comfortable manner.

Soma Soul's Hurt Remixes EP will be released on Endless on October 16th, 2020.

Anna Freytag (aka @ zoe.spinoza)

Media and Cultural Studies student by day, sea witch by night, found her love (for electronic music) at Salon des Amateurs in Düsseldorf and started DJing with a little help from Hamburg’s @possygang. A bit more interested in chaotic curation than technical perfection she feels most at home in obscure places: island-hopping between leftfield, EBM, techno, Balearic, downtempo (and the occasional reggaeton beat, let’s be real). Anna is also part of the team behind @soundcinemaduesseldorf, a recorded-sound festival for experimental electronic music.

„DJing is not my job, nor is it my most time-consuming hobby. I just like weaving together mixtapes every now and then and if it happens live in a room full of people then that’s a beautiful coincidence. From where I sit, I see a lot of tension in the scene, a lot of competition and gatekeeping. I don’t want to be a part of that. So thank you for having me & for creating this space - it means a lot!"
