We are happy to present you our latest Afterhour Sounds compilation. After almost a year it was about time to publish a new, in-house release. Our goal with each compilation is to share our understanding of an afterhour with you.

An afterhour has always been something special. An episode of rest and yet also of departure. Always individually different and yet somehow categorically the same. This is exactly the spirit we try to musically depict with each of our compilations.
Finally, this time we have also included exciting downtempo, midtempo and uptempo tracks. Each track is completely different in terms of mood and energy, but due to their atmosphere and playfulness, they fit perfectly into every (afterhour) playlist. Surely there is something for each of you.

Our newest compilation is as usual a "Free Download" with voluntary donation. For this you can use the Bandcamp link below and decide for yourself what the project is worth to you. A donation via the Paypal link bellow is also possible. Neighbourhood is an ambivalent matter, it always depends on who the neighbors are. A young family with small children requires different understanding and consideration than a retired couple. Students and party-people should stick to their own kind. Often, you cant choose your neighbors. Therefore, agreements should be made and such agreements should be honored. Most of the time, there is an acceptable solution for all parties involved. This way, neighborly relations may even become a pleasant affair. Augensteins EP contains two original tracks. The title track exudes a dark disco vibe, driven by expressive basslines and a pitch-shifted vocal. In less than five minutes Augenstein delivers a full and powerful auditory experience. "Midnight Pathfinder" serves as the logical B-side of this EP. The energy remains high, with a mix of bass shots and a playful lead underpinned by percussion. With this sound, the neighbours will either want to join in or leave quickly.

After a summer packed with travels and festivals, she has summed up all that energy from all the places she has been and all the people she has met in two mesmerizing tracks. One is directed and the dark and frenzy dance floor moments, and one mirroring the light and summer breezy festival feeling. 

“Drunk Shots” does not hold back. A groove driven and tight Tech House tune with a fierce bassline and addictive percussions set the foundation for the naughty synth and vocal elements that leave little room for interpretation. It is time to party.
