A raw, unearthed sound with electric tones and powerful vibes of remembrance.
Written in 2016.  Meant to inspire and sync up with the rhythms of divine feminine and Mother Earth.  Strong influences of "Women Who Run with the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, and "The Earth Path" by Starhawk. 

The Call

Describing a personal struggle of mental health, growing out of personal shadow aspects, insecurities, and subconscious wars. Shed is strongly inspired by the quote, "we are not our thoughts" and is meant to inspire to become an observer of our self, and serve as a reminder that we are much more than our thoughts alone.

A reminder to always come back home to self. Never underestimate the power of solitude.

Inspired by memories of coming into this world "awake", and getting lost along the way, and finding the way back.
