2009 - 2011: Mental.
Started in summer '09, for two solid years SWH were gigging strong, playing shows all over MK & the SE; Beds, Bucks, Northants and London.
Meeting musicians and making waves; boasting a blend of riff-rocky guitar wizardry, sing-along vocal harmonies and downright good times! Check out the first release from 2010, recorded at The Lodge Studios, Northampton entitled "One Small Fret for Man; One Giant Riff for Mankind" on Spotify & iTunes


2014-2015:
After a few years passed out, in late 2014 SWH reassembled as a trio and a reloaded version of the Band with the material boasting a much deeper classic Rock crunch, leaving most of the Indie tones behind and focusing on a bulkier Rock noise, but still paying tribute various influential genres along the way.
Heavier Big Guitar and Bass Riffs connect with a punch from the almighty power of the Percussion! Chuck some vocal harmonies and a guitar solo or two in there and that's pie, friends.
The 2nd EP named "Swings & Roundabouts" was recorded in 2015 by Hacktivist's Timfy James and featured 6 new tracks.

2017:
We did some sounds, ate some garbage, got into the chocolate and now in this, the year of the boatrace, we would like to get back to what we do.
Songs about growth, guitar riffs and mighty ships; topically blended into what we hear as most relevant and uplifting.

Epic stadium rock, heart-pounding power music for the masses, connection through sound, Music festivals, build-ups, break-downs, masterpieces, innovation, entertainment, life, love, loss, unity, friends, foes, f*cking around; appreciation for everything everywhere in the world that inspires anyone to do anything.
