An Accident

With some roots in South Africa and others in Hackney, Portugal and Lithuania, Larry Seftel is the author of the Seftel album. The songs are inexact measures of jealousy, lousy nights, bad dreams, self-loathing, boring lunches and half read books.  Arranged by Ghikas and Von Weizsacker of the Chap, their sincerity is twisted out of shape into something discomforting, slightly sleazy and also oddly relaxing.  The album is being released by Lo Recordings on the 27th of May.
