Recently found during a clear up of Jake's loft, two tracks from a DAT recording taken from the mixing desk of one of the first Herbaliser Band show at Dingwalls in Camden, London - featuring freestyles from a young rapper from NYC called What? What? who was over in London recording the tracks The Blend, New + Improved, Bring It and Hardcore - which featured on their 1997 release "Blow Your Headphones"

Then it's two from Leatherette, one via a Dorian Concept remix, tough Brazilian batucada from Alma Brasileira and Forss from 2003. This leads into a classic from Cymande, new music from Bonobo and Four Tet, Moodyman from '98 and Daphni laced with 'Dis poem' by Mutabaruka, who crops up again with Kalbata.
