Uberseins is the first record of the band Seins. The eight songs come with a deliberately dry and straightforward sound and a balanced mix of alternative sovereignty with pinches of spicy, intuitive pop.

Here's a couple of demos for „All She Does“. They eventually led to the recording of our first album «Uberseins» in 2012. The first one is short, but rocking! And the second one has a more accoustic approach, but with an eery touch.

This is the second batch of our old demos. They eventually led to the recording of our first album «Uberseins» in 2012. «Hot Cold» didn’t have that jazzy, turning—I don’t know what, middle part back then. And «Orange Moon» didn’t have Werner’s one string rubber band bass which we all love. Well, maybe it’s missing might not be that present here.

This second version of «Let Go» is actually the oldest demo of all for Uberseins. «demo 1» is a bit overly compressed, but I love it. And «demo 2» has this long repetitive part at the end with an «ah» choir that got replaced with a lead guitar. I like the choir, too.

SEINS was formed in 2011 and is based in Berlin, Germany.

Blending alternative post rock and progressive distortion pop with video game sounds and hip hop beats, SEINS is Michel Bo Michel on vocals and guitar, Heike Becker on bass and Jan Reisige on drums.
