A mainly orchestral take on the soundtrack for TRON: Legacy. Originally composed by Daft Punk.

Now, before people judge me, I am well aware that TRON: Legacy's soundtrack is actually very orchestral, despite the fact that many people only remember the undeniably awesome synths that Daft Punk managed to work in. This is just more orchestral. Plus, I love the TRON: Legacy soundtrack, so I had to come up with something to pay it homage. In my opinion, it's better than many of Daft Punk's typical songs.

I've made this downloadable, so if you liked it, leave a comment, and download a copy for listening whenever! If there seems to be a need for it and if I feel like it, there could be a TRON: Legacy for Orchestra 2, as I left some of the soundtrack's best pieces untouched (Derezzed, End Titles, and Disc Wars, just to name a few).

Here was one of the tracks I posted as my April Fool's Day 2016 prank. Unfortunately, the place I posted it to - TerminatorFiles - did not really respond to it. I got more of a reaction from John Williams Fan Network. The theme was styled after Danny Elfman's short quote of the theme from Terminator Salvation and is a 'what if'. From what I have heard, Elfman was told not to create a version of the Terminator theme by McG - so under McG's orders the one thing people were hoping to hear was taken out. Divided though opinion on Genisys may be, at least Lorne Balfe did the theme (and did it very good, I feel). So this is how I imagine a Danny Elfman Terminator theme might have turned out.
