In a unique circumstance Carnival 2014 will coincide with the creation of a new "MINISTRY OF ROAD".	

This is the dream of Machel Montano and Precision Productions, as they team up with P.A.G.E and 1ndividual Aesthetic to launch the campaign for the establishment of this Ministry via the release of their Power Soca theme song "MINISTRY OF ROAD". It also marks the beginning of the King of Soca’s candidacy for the "MINISTER OF THE ROAD". 

The vibrant song, with its exhilarating lyrics, represents in the purest form, the voice of masqueraders, whose call for M.O.R will be soundly reverberated this Carnival season. A musical campaign has been built solidly upon one simple slogan, which embodies the manifesto of the movement:

"WE WANT M.O.R!!!" 
Essentially the MINISTRY OF ROAD’s mission is to execute the following directives received from our beloved masqueraders.

ONE

To expand the parade route and allotted time for masqueraders to overtake the streets for Carnival.

TWO

To alter the parade routes eradicating masquerader traffic, especially when approaching the savannah and alongside the Port of Spain General Hospital.

THREE

To increase the time masqueraders are permitted to occupy the grand stage.
 

The launch of M.O.R (MINISTRY OF ROAD) is only the beginning of this Carnival-long melodic crusade that will culminate on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th of March in a victory rally throughout the twin isles of Trinidad and Tobago.	

Look out for even M.O.R as our candidate hits the campaign trail and we give you the one portfolio and ministry you will never get enough of.
