DJ Baze Selecta has been living his passion for Reggae music since his teenage years in Brussels. He performs as a Deejay from 2009 and becomes active in local musical events in Brussels.
Since 2010 to date, he is Dj residing at the barge of Brussels (Ric's River Boat) for the evenings of the Natural Mystic Sound as well as Dj Lass Angel Vibes.
In 2010, he also joined the Jugglin Discotheque Soundsystem and traveled the cities of Antwerp, Brugge, Boom, Ypres, Gent, Lokeren, Melsbroek, Buizingen, Kontich, Mol,...
With the collective, he won a partnership with the PUMA brand and participated in multiple performances, including one in Amsterdam.
Still as a member of the Jugglin Discotheque Sound, he plays monthly for 4 years at the "Live Music Café" located at the Brussels City Center.
He also teamed up in 2012 with the singers of "Fadatic Sound" (French reggae group) and performed in the cities of Liège, Tournai and Charleroi. A real musical cocktail with multiple combinations.
From 2016, he diversifies his mixes and his performances on musical styles such as Afrobeats, Deep Oriental, Salsa-Cumbia, funky jazz and ethnic world music and performs in different places such as Bulex parties (of which his latest offer a varied musical catalog) thanks to the collaboration with the Tringle Loop Machine Soundsystem. He notably plays at the Galerie Horta as well as at the Bodega in Brussels.
In 2017, he performed at the Bomboclaat festival (dancehall & tropical) located at Zeebrugge beach.
In 2018, he created the BCF Collective (Baze Selecta & Friends). This collective specializes in the creation of speakers as well as the management/rental/installation of PA systems for all types of events.
In 2018, he performed at the Afrodisiac Festival in the Atomium park in Brussels.
At the end of 2018, he traveled to Rwanda where he performed in the biggest clubs in the country with a memorial memory of the reception of the Rwandan public.
In 2019, he performed at the Afrique en Couleurs Festival at the Atomium as well as at the Afrodisiac festival at the Bois de la Cambre in Brussels.
In 2021, he performs at the Jam'in Jette Festival where he introduces the musical genre Amapiano still unknown in Europe
