Shaz Mirza is a producer, singer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ from Toronto, Canada. Inspired by various sounds and genres from around the world, his style and influences virtually have no boundaries. He is the co-founder of the music collective Guise (@guise__official) based out of Ottawa, with roots in Toronto and Montreal. He also recently co-founded a Dubai based music/events collective REK (@rekdxb) and will be hosting the first event on Friday May 20th at Efiɛ Gallery (@efiegallery). The event aims at being a showcase/hub for soulful, afro, and various other future sounds which have previously never been given a permanent platform in Dubai.
