The duo make their debut to Drumcode Limited with a heavy, two track release. The EP showcases a mix of their talents and influences to create a moody, dark techno groove. The atmospheric EP is enriched with gritty reverbs and a deep kick drum and the slow, deep crescendos in each track create an intense sound. Mullaert and Siech prove themselves again with a powerful offering to Drumcode Limited.

Here's a new club track I made exclusively for the DJ-Kicks mix. It feels good to be back in the studio and making music again. Some finish lines are appearing on the horizon.

The DJ-Kicks album will be released on 11th November on K7, available on double vinyl, CD and digital​. The mix represents my three years spent on the road since Drone Logic but also the time I’ve recently had in the studio.

Originally released on vinyl by R&S in 1994, ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ was re-earthed in 2016 by Nina Kraviz and Ricardo Villalobos, becoming a secret weapon on dancefloors 22 years after its original release. On December 16, ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ gets its first digital release on R&S.
 
Josh Wink has always been ahead of musical trends and walks his own path in dance music. From a young age Wink was exposed to different mysticism and consciousness philosophies. “It wasn’t a big, popular or trendy thing to do at the time, but I was 14 and just did what my mother did… Releasing tracks like ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ and ‘Higher States of Consciousness’, people looked at me as being this deeply profound spiritual guy, but I never really thought about it in that way, even though I’m really into repetitive, transcendental and meditative rhythms. Closely following the release of the last Borderland single, the focus returns on Transport, the last collaborative album by Juan Atkins and Moritz von Oswald. 

Long time friend and studio partner of Moritz von Oswald, Carl Craig provides a new take on “Transport”. Extending and stripping the original sequence to its bone, the illustrious Planet E president and illustrious Detroit proponent also summons a stepping drum sequence and a swaying array of moving delays. This 12“ edit is cut on the A-side.

The full version of Carl Craig’s remix clocks just above 20 minutes and is available digitally. Both are available to anyone who purchases the record, through the enclosed download card.

On the flip, DJ Deep & Roman Poncet rework Carl Craig’s remix, adding their signature grooves and myriad of tough drums, to full effect.

Tresor.298 will release on November 3rd on 12” vinyl and digital.
