The young DJ duo VILLA stands for straight techno, which is characterized by musical influences from the beginnings of techno.
VILLA is a young DJ duo and comes from near Frankfurt am Main. As resident DJs at OKTOGON, the two stand for straight techno, in which sounds from earlier generations are revisited and reinterpreted. Their sets are based on a balance between gritty, heavy beats and atmospheric, driving grooves that you usually expect from house music.

The first artists to start our 2023 OR-invites series are Hannover's own Dxrvo & Ynk.

dxrvo is a producer and DJ from Hanover, Germany. He is a resident of Klub PAN Hannover and runs the label & event team 'SYNERGIE'. There you can find a weekly podcast series with international DJ's. There are also EPs and album releases. dxrvo describes his style as hypnotic, minimalist groovy techno. He likes to play fast but at the moment he also likes to mix in some hard groove and ghetto house.
Yannek a.k.a. Ynk is 22 years old and a DJ from near Hanover, Germany. He is part of the Collective SYNERGIE and also a resident at Klub PAN in Hanover. 
He found his love for records 3 years ago and has made it his passion. The style of music he represents is diverse. Originally, he comes from the hard techno scene but has recently discovered groovy and hard groove sounds for himself. So it's a colorful mix that Ynk represents and he is always looking for new sounds and mixes.
dxrvo and Ynk take you on a hypnotic journey with this 107min mix full of driving rolling beats with lots of percussion.

Boris, the long-standing Berghain resident, is deeply committed to the captivating magic that unfolds on the dance floor. Imagine the euphoric sounds that created a sense of belonging and ecstasy in Boris's heart while experiencing the massive pumping sound and welcoming community feeling at NYC's clubs. He brings this same warmth and playful energy to dance floors worldwide. His infectious style makes it effortless for clubbers to lose themselves in the music and partying, earning him a loyal following within the queer scene - and beyond.
Whether he's playing small, intimate clubs, festivals, or his prestigious residencies such as Berghain, Faust in Seoul, or House of Mince in Sydney, Boris has the gift to take people to another state of mind where nothing matters but the music and the moment.

Next Dualism podcast with Koboyo, co-founder of ‚Exil Paris‘ - melting catchy rhythms and punchy percussion.
