Rene Wise has only been in the game a short time though his network and output hint differently. A drummer from the age of seven, his intuitive ear naturally turned digital and has been catching the attention of industry heads in recent years. The only 21 year old northern-italian provides a super-extended mix containing exclusively music crafted by himself. When he sent us the mix, he told us that he wanted to do „something special“. And he doubtlessly did! Expect 290(!!!) minutes of fast-paced, 90s influenced techno. Playfully mixed to a well-told yet effective story with ups and downs without loosing track of it's direction which is unmistakably forward. 
Recently joined the prominent roster of the outlined-am booking agency, Alarico belongs to a new generation of young techno artist pointing their way towards the future of techno.

This means ‘Powerful Culture’ in Sranan Tongo which is the native Surinamese language. This title says everything about my approach to this mix, as i've recorded it with a closing state of mind. I truly believe that even when playing a bit more direct and faster the essential of groove and rhythm should always be the key element and should never fade away for the sake of just banging out hard tracks. This mix is recorded at 144-146 BPM which is the fastest i’ve played in my podcasts so far. Dedicated to all the people that has supported me heavy throughout this year. You are all being heard and i appreciate all of you guys.

'I've kept this mix really close to what i believe in, which is groovy uptempo high energy techno. As i always search for sounds i feel are connected to my roots i’ve tried to keep this set very clean and rhythmic on a consistent basis.'


MARRØN is always trying to exceed the limits of himself and the crowd, with his fast but extremely rhythmic sound driven by his roots. Highly inspired by the powerful and strong-willed Marrons who freed themselves from slavery to live freely in the primeval forest of Surinam.
Starting his musical evolution with Afro Deep, characterized by its African beats and used 
these elements to connect with techno music.

The freedom and diversity of techno persuaded him to really dig into the underground scene and create a name of his own. This sound contains African groove and a powerful but atmospheric techno sound with which he aims to hypnotize the crowd to stay on the dancefloor for hours.

MARRØN is co-founder and resident of the fast growing underground movement named Eerste Communie based in Amsterdam. It’s save to say that the growth and recognition of MARRØN as a dj has alot to do with the NDYUKA PODCAST serie, where he emphasizes to drop a serie of podcasts with pure club dancefloor techno.
