With a wealth of experience writing, producing, and mix engineering for and with the likes of Golden Features, Mild Minds and The Presets amongst others, Hii Spirits is the immersive new sound project from established, Melbourne-based producer, Jack Arentz. Boasting millions of career streams and hefty support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, Triple J and countless tastemaker playlists on Spotify and Apple Music, Jack now launches a brand new story of his own, crafting a sonic landscape that is both nostalgic and euphoric. Simultaneously dusty and pristine, the Hii Spirits project carries all of Jack's experience inside the studio walls, as he melds lofi breaks with sophisticated house production to masterful effect. For the project's debut release, Jack teams up with fellow Melbourne-based artist and vocalist Rromarin for the pair’s debut collaboration ‘Reminds Me of You’. Pairing Arentz's exquisite production values with Rromarin's ethereal topline, the summery new single takes listeners on an upbeat, yet heartfelt journey that captivates from the off. Check it out!

Having clocked over 200 millions streams on Spotify alone, Welsh singer, songwriter and producer Tudor (@tudormusic) has asserted himself as one of the most consistent artists in the current electronic music scape. Having previously released with the likes of Diplo, Cedric Gervais, Hayden James, LP Giobbi & Imanu, he has set his sights firmly on pursuing solo endeavours; harnessing his one-of-a-kind production and writing talents to deliver emotive vocal house gems that stand the test of time. Now a staple name on Selected.’s roster, the Stockholm-based talent now returns to the imprint with his latest single ‘Secrets’. 

Calling upon the vocal talents of Caroline Byrne (@iamcarolinebyrne), Tudor delivers a smooth, laid-back summer house anthem that’s primed for radio, club and festival audiences alike. His deft ear for rapturous melodies carries into ‘Secrets’, creating a spirit that is both introspective and yet profoundly dance-worthy. The brainchild of former Polarkreis 18 vocalist Felix Räuber and producer-songwriter Julian Altrock, two-man outfit INNERVERSE is shaping up to be the next force to be reckoned with on the electronic music circuit. Having previously produced numerous musical scores for hit TV series' including “How To Get Away with Murder” and “Grey’s Anatomy”, the two artists have been turning their collective attention firmly to the dance floor over the past twelve months, since debuting on Selected. with their unique rendition of 'Allein Allein' ft. Malou back in 2023.

Following a subsequent release on Colorize (Enhanced) with ‘I Knew’ back in November, INNERVERSE now return to Selected. for their eagerly awaited sophomore outing, as they present ‘Reverie’. A euphoric slice of downtempo house, featuring soaring female vocals and tighter-than-tight production values, this one has been on repeat since it landed in our inbox.

Emerging in 2017 with his debut release ‘Fake' on bitbird, Russian producer Badflite has been making considerable waves on the electronic music scene over the past few years. Releasing his debut album ‘Places' on Martin Garrix’s fabled STMPD imprint in 2022, the hotly-tipped talent has been going from strength to strength ever since, spreading his unique brand of electronic music to a growing legion of fans worldwide. 

Making an impressive label debut on Selected. with ‘Where The Sun Goes Down’ together with RYVM back in February — a record which has since gone on to amass over 10 million streams and counting — Badflite now makes his eagerly anticipated return to our imprint with his mesmerising new follow up ‘Cherish’. Another soulful slice of whimsical, vocal-led house music from a producer at the very top of his game, this one has been well worth the wait.

Every now and again, we come across a new artist that really makes our ears prick up. Well for this latest release, we haven’t just found one, we’ve found two. Both originally hailing from Latvia, hotly-tipped Brooklyn based producer Reiny and up-and-coming Neo-Soul songstress EZIA now make their eagerly anticipated label on Selected. with the breathtaking new single “I See You”.

A shuffling, two-step house cut showcasing Reiny’s water-tight production values and an ethereal topline from EZIA, this infectious collaborative debut demonstrates the impressive creativity of both artists, and has left us yearning for more. If this release is anything to go by, we imagine we’ll be hearing a lot more from these two over the months and years to come. Stay tuned...

It comes as no surprise that new single ‘Sweet Escape’ is destined for the dancefloor. Riding in on a progressive beat, tensions build, and the moody atmosphere casts a misty haze through which Treetalk’s polished vocals cut through to tell a story of confusion and yearning. All the while a deep penetrating bass beat is bubbling and preparing to take over at the looming drop. Euphoric and uplifting, ‘Sweet Escape’ is completing mesmerising on the the human senses and calls for a full-scale laser spectacle to become utterly immersed in.
