Oliver Smith, Above & Beyond’s first signing to Anjunabeats, reunites with Natalie Holmes on ‘Borderline’.

One of the label’s most consistent contributors, Oliver Smith has appeared on every one of Above & Beyond’s “Volume” compilations to date. ‘Borderline’ has been played by Oli in his DJ sets for the last four years, and finally gets a release in 2022 as Anjunabeats’ first record of the new year. 

British singer/songwriter Natalie Holmes returns to Anjunabeats after a three year hiatus. Originally appearing alongside Above & Beyond on their Acoustic II tour, Natalie soon teamed up with Oli to record their 2018 collaboration ‘Zero’. She has since released a string of successful singles, including ‘Strangers’ and ‘Doubt You’ with renowned bass producers Cadmium and Rival.

Every now and again, we come across an act that really grabs our attention. Gorgon Breath is, without a doubt, one of those acts. Bursting onto the scene almost exactly one year ago to the day with their debut single Last Christmas (feat. Annábla), the enigmatic production duo have enjoyed considerable online success over the past twelve months off the back of numerous well-received singles and covers including Goosebumps, Safe & Sound, Beggin’, My World and, most notably, Bitter Sweet Symphony.
