Ape Drums (@apedrums) – or Eric Alberto-Lopez as he’s otherwise known – is a Houston-born, Miami-based DJ and producer, and member of internationally celebrated chart topping super-group, Major Lazer. As we’re sure you already know by now, we’re pretty big fans of Nu Aspect (@nuaspect). Since debuting on our YouTube channel back in March 2017 with Things I Said, we’ve been fortunate enough to welcome back the Bristol-based producer for an extensive run of chart-topping hits including Miss You, Sleepless, Sinner, If You Wanna, Light, Something Real Said to You, What’s In My Head and Run Deep. Now, returning to our imprint for his latest release of 2024, the prolific talent looks to continue in this rich vein of form as he drops his latest single Take Me Home.

A new addition to the Selected. release roster, Zen/It (@therealzenit) is an incredibly talented artist and certainly one to watch for 2024. With over 10 million career streams to his name following a string of well received releases on leading labels including Spinnin Records, HEXAGON, Dharma (WMG) and Doorn Records, the in-demand producer now makes his eagerly anticipated debut on Selected. with his brand-new single ‘Ego'. 

Teaming up with up-and-coming London-based vocalist Émilie Rachel (@emilie-rachel), who has lent her vocal expertise to a plethora of hits on labels including Armada, Moon Harbour Recordings, Ritter Butzke and Elevate (to name a few) the two artists now join forces for the first time to deliver a captivating collaboration that sparkles from the off.
