A bona fide hit-making machine, Bristol-based producer Sam Higgins — or Nu Aspect as he’s more commonly known in electronic music circles — is a man on a mission. Boasting a staggering 60+ million career streams following a string of original singles and official remixes for the likes of Elderbrook, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Steve Void to name a few, one of our all-time favourite producers now returns to Selected. with his latest anthem, Miss You.

An exquisite, three-minute house cut made for those euphoric dancefloor moments, Miss You sees Higgins team up with Italian producer Jamis (Let It Bleed, Boom Boom and Ways To Heaven) and hotly-tipped British singer-songwriter Poppy Baskcomb (Temptation, This Love and Falling Down) for the trio’s eagerly-anticipated inaugural collaboration. 

Emotive vocals, smooth basslines and and sweeping pads provide backbone of the record as the three artists digs deep to deliver an understated weapon of impressive proportions.

Camden Cox is one to watch. 

Driven by an early passion for trance and deep house soundscapes, the UK singer-songwriter's swift rise to stardom over the past few years has been impressive to say the least. 

Having worked with the likes of Meduza, Vintage Culture, Gorgon City, Eli & Fur and LP Giobbi to name a few, the hugely talented female artist has amassed over 30 million streams in just a few short years, off the back of global megabits including Stay The Night, Do You Remember and Burning.

Now, as she looks to christen 2023 in trademark style, Camden unveils her latest solo offering on Selected. with Oblivion.

A firm favourite over here at Selected. HQ, Swedish producer Tobtok is a force to be reckoned with.

With over 100 million Spotify streams to his name since emerging onto the scene back in 2011 — and with consistent radio support from the likes BBC Radio 1, KISS FM and Capital Xtra no less — the double Platinum-selling Scandinavian producer is the mastermind behind countless chart-topping hits on some of the biggest labels in dance music; from Astralwerks, Perfect Havoc and Ministry of Sound to Toolroom, Armada and Kitsuné, to name but a few.

Looking to make a resounding impact on 2023 from the off, Tobtok now kickstarts the year with his latest sure-fire hit record Signals.

The mastermind behind some of the biggest deep house hits of the last few years, Dutch DJ / producer Jack Wins is showing now signs of slowing down whatsoever. Having racked up over 120 million Spotify streams off the back of some incredible original productions (I Used To Love, Freewheeling’, Alive, One Thing and No Turning Back) and official remixes for pop royalty Ed Sheeran, the man with the Midas touch storms into 2023 with one of his best yet, Infected.

Teaming up with NYC-based artist Thando 1988, hotly-tipped Ukrainian producer Anton Karskiy and Texan vocalist Billy Vena - all of whom joined forces on the stunning single Bitter Heart on Selected.

In 2015, American producer Kevin Brauer exploded on the international electronic music scene with his newly launched artist project Sevenn. 

His debut release, Colors of the Rainbow, was an instant hit and was followed up by a huge collaboration with Alok (BYOB) which gained tens of millions of streams virtually overnight. But it was to be his next single BOOM – alongside international megastars Tiesto and Gucci Mane – that would propel the US artist to instant global notoriety.

Enjoying considerable acclaim off the back of international floor fillers including 4 to the Floor (ft. Niko Apatini), Look Into My Eyes, and I Do It For You, Hugo is also well renowned for his international charity work, using his label KIDS Records Foundation, a non profit imprint, to aid disadvantaged children around the world.

As you may have noticed, Nu Aspect is an artist we’ve been shouting about for a long time over here at Selected. 

Debuting on our YouTube channel back in March 2017 with the huge deep house anthem Things I Said, we’ve been fortunate enough to welcome back the über- talented British producer time and time again for a growing number of releases including Light, Said To You, What’s In My Head, Run Deep, Afterlife, Sleepless and Something Real.
