Next up on the series is an artist who has built a vast catalogue of body moving sounds through his years of music appreciation. Having been a long term friend of the crew it was only a matter of time before the sophisticated wax slinger got down and dirty with a mix.

Alex's showcase mix for Selective Hearing is a testament to his nonconformist multi genre approach that plays on our innate ability to feel tension and energy through sound. A journey which we hope you will enjoy.

An artist we admire dearly not just because of his kind warming character but because of his natural skills to create a powerful flow of constant rhythms.

Next up on the series is close friend to the crew, Aysha. A serial wax slinger and deep diver digger, Aysha has built a vast collection of sounds creating her unique bumpy, groovy rolling whilst still energetic sound.
After an impressive set at EXHB 1 it was only right to relieve her craftsmanship with an hr mix of her fav rollers!

Aysha's mix for Selective Hearing is just over an hour of pure minimal and deep tech goodness. Showcasing some of her favourite artists throughout the mix, she plays records from @subann @simas @redmeattherapy @isis salam @mod32 @saenez and more. Aysha flows through warm, atmospheric groovers, layering unexpected punchy and quirky minimal sounds over the top. The mix is a rollercoaster, building steadily with bassy bumpy vibes and will definitely have you grooving till the end. Wrap your ears around this one - it's a belter.

Stepping up with his first mix in over a year, Selective Hearing founder and resident Tenzin provides what can only be described as an emotional and loving journey to his sound. Having spent the past year predominantly behind closed doors spending hours on end crafting his sound to what he feels is a true representation of himself. This therefore leads him to this mix, one that represents a new path in his journey, a showcase of his truest sound and a testament to his driven mindset in providing his best efforts for the dance-floor.

Next up on selective sessions is long term member of the crew. An artist whose diversity in sound and soul is second to none. 

Having been in and around the scene doing his innings Roux has accumulated a distinctive groove not only in his sets but with his first class production. 

Not only is his music class but so is his personality, something that can’t be mentioned enough!

This stripped back mix going through the weird and wonderful rollers of his collection is one to set some time aside for, to sit back and let it take you on a mind bending journey through is unrivalled groove.
