.defaultbox is back with the well done EP „Rise“ by label head Patrick himself under his new alias 10.000 BC. The EP is breaking boundaries and forming connections between ambient and timeless dub techno grooves. The EP opens with „7am“ which is an interplay of nature sounds, warm pads and breakbeats. „2pm“ is a colorful and warm journey into deep space. The EP closes with „3am“ which shows the tension between the organic warmth and uplifting energy of a dance floor track, followed by a heavy and thundery remix by the very talented Portuguese DJ and producer Robert Hoff.

When it comes to his presentations, he seeks freedom in music, demonstrating a solid sound, creating hypnotic environments and providing the versatility and insight that characterizes Luca in his DJ Sets. 

Under the alias "Luca Notdead", his focus is to experience a more rave sound, using fast bpm and impactful melodies, obtaining a different facet within the techno style.

Luca has productions on labels such as Survival Alliance, Apical Records, Binaural Records (Colombia), and Research From Space (Italy). Currently he continues working on improving his productions and experimenting with the live act process.

Jëan Fixx es el alias musical del artista multidisciplinar Félix Fernández, y aunque desde 2014 comienza a hacer sesiones como DJ es en 2018 cuando inicia su faceta como productor con su primer EP “Uncanny Valley”. 

Sus gustos eclécticos le hacen dejarse llevar por la hipnótica estructura del Techno, sin dejar de lado la vibrante contundencia del Electro, o las cautivantes melodías del Synthwave, que combina sin prejuicios con sonidos industriales y densas atmósferas reverberantes del Dubstep, aproximándose al IDM, como se puede ver ya en su segundo EP “Globalizer” lanzado en diciembre del 2020 bajo el sello “Deep Different”, EP referenciado en el reputado blog musical “Ruido de Fondo” y en los prestigiosos programas de radio “Paralelo 3” y “Fluido Rosa” de Radio 3. “2084” su primer álbum largo de estudio se publicó el año pasado en el sello “Ruido de Fondo”.
