Skalar Rausch - Segelflossig zum letzten Tanz

What was that? 
Five beautiful stages that close to the sea. So many kind and experienced party goers celebrating the last edition of this festival with a long history. 

Therefor I still feel thankful to got invited and contribute the music that I love. 
It all went down on Sunday afternoon. People slowly started to gather, came by and stayed. So many smiles. Such a good back and forth between the dancers and me. Played a couple of new and unreleased songs. Sun was shining. 

Thanks to all of you that came by after the set to talk to me and all the other ones that texted me on the socials. 

Thank you to the whole Backstage Crew for inviting me and being such overall caring and kind people. 

Thank you for giving me extra 40mins of playtime, that led to 3hrs and 40mins in total of playing time. 

Always a blessing when you have the feeling that you are onto something and everything is flowing and you can keep going for a couple of songs more. 

Aaaaaand thank you @yoni_dadon from @atb_za for letting me use your voice note as an intro. Wisdom delivered from South Africa ;)

Hellou und GuMo ihr liebste Daunen!

Der Morgen könnt für uns nicht schöner sein, denn  *drumroll please*  Daune-Original @loybonheur hat uns ein absolutes Schmankerl serviert. 
Aber ähnlich wie Guacamole, ist zum Brunch echt fett, aber schmeckt abends vor der Party mindestens genauso gut (wenn nicht besser)! Also lasst euch vom Titel nicht beirren, ihr dürft euch diesmal sogar auch zu späterer Stunde die Federn aufschütteln lassen.
So jetzt, genug gequackt, raus aus den Federn, Kaffee oder Sekt einschenken und Boxen aufdrehen.

1. Wie sieht deine Morgenroutine aus, falls du eine hast?
Aufwachen, realisieren, dass ich keine Morgenperson bin, dann aufstehen nachdem ich mind. dreimal gesnoozed habe, Kaffee kochen währenddessen Küche aufräumen bei Bedarf, Frühstück mit Kaffee und am liebsten ohne viel reden, dann duschen, Skin Care,  Zähneputzen und dann bin ich meist bereit den Tag in wunderbarer Laune zu starten, haha.

3. In welchem Genre warst du als Teenie zuhause?
Oh oh. Tatsächlich viel Metal 🙈

During my expedition to the Südpol, I stumbled upon an old radio 📻. This is what it played…

I had the honor of playing at Südpol’s 11th birthday – my second time there, but the first time inside, on the floor, during a full, wild Südpol night.

This place means a lot to me: it was the first big club I ever partied in, ten years ago. Coming back now to play a 3-hour set felt like returning to where it all began.

Special thanks to @at_ric and @temple-tears for sharing a couple of their unreleased tracks with me.

Also, hidden in this set: five of my own unreleased tracks . Curious to see who’ll be the first to spot them 🕵️‍♂️

🎵 Tala Berg liebt charmante Dark Tunes und fluffigen Bounce. Dabei sind ihre Sets stets wie sie selbst, warmherzig und immer für eine Umarmung zu haben. Auf der anderen Seite sind sie auch impulsiv, energiegeladen und zeitweise dark. Von Down- über Midtempo und Indie Dance bis hin zu Peaktime und dann wieder zurück zum treibenden Afterhoursound.
Tala Berg hat ihre Wurzeln in München und mittlerweile ist sie auch über die Landesgrenzen hinweg zu hören und zu sehen. Mit ihrem Feingefühl und Gespür für Crowd Control versetzt sie selbst steife Hüften in Schwingung und lässt die Hintern wackeln.

Für mich ist diese Wochenende ein kleiner persönlicher Traum wahr geworden. Ich bin bereits vor einigen Jahren extra für eine Ketoga im Odonien nach Köln gefahren und hab mich damals schon verliebt. Jetzt als neu dazugezogene Kölnerin zählt das Odonien weiterhin zu meinen Lieblingsclubs in Köln und die Ketoga Partys zu meinen Must-Gos.
Bei einer der letzten Partys hatte ich bereits das Vergnügen den Bus mit Tech House zum Wackeln zu bringen. Aber ein Set auf dem großen Floor, in einem meiner Lieblingsclubs, ist nochmal ein anderes Gefühl. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr so aufgeregt.
