This summer I had the awesome opportunity to DJ a 30min funk meets hip hop set at the Fool's Leap stage at Boomtown Fair, an incredible immersive UK festival. It's taken me awhile, but I finally re-recorded the mix, and I'm quite proud of it.

The band who were on after me (Mischa and His Merry Men) had something like 11 members and it took them a while to setup, so I got to go a little past my 30minutes.

Remix Adventure - Summer Edition [Bootlegs, Mashups & Remixes]

This latest mix is from the house/electro/disco side of my live sets (the other side being funky breaks) and includes a bunch of my favorite good tunes stuff that I can count on to get a dancefloor beaming. As usual, it's chock full of bootlegs and cheeky remixes.

Winter Mixtape [Bootlegs, Disco, House & Breaks]

Early in 2017 I performed a live mix on the 'Under the Spinfluence mixshow', broadcast from the Upper East Side, New York City. My goal with the mix was to showcase some styles of music and artists that don't get much attention in NYC, despite filling the dancefloor whenever I play them at Sunken Disco. In particular I wanted to focus on sample heavy Ghetto Funk / Nu Funk bootlegs and some choice house remixes. It's basically a funky bass-driven bootleg frenzy that ups the tempo towards the end. 

Unfortunately, the original recordings of the show had some issues with one of the stereo channels, so I recently re-recorded the mix at home (which is why it's taken me so long to post).

I love hip hop and I love when talented artists bootleg the tracks to add a bit of funky flavour. Here's a mix I recorded some years back but had to take down when my old account came under fire. Thought it was worth another shot at uploading. 

This is pretty chill compared to my usual uploads. I tend to play this sort of thing for some background vibes in afternoon sets or when warming up a room.
