Between lascivious ballads and smooth dancefloor sounds, Karlita leaves her comfort zone and delivers a new sensual opus at the dawn of summer 2023. Positioned at the borders of 2 step, UK G, and juke, this release takes us into Karlita's hot artistic universe.

Karlita has been rocked since her childhood by the trip-hop, ambient and electronica rhythms of the 90s/00s. It is through Myspace and music blogs that Karlita starts to refine her musical universe, and begins her first compositions in her room. This desire to share with others does not leave her anymore, and this is how she initiates her artistic work by having the will to transform emotions into words, and finally into sounds, all inspired by her environment and her stories. She is one of those artists who consider music without limits, in an instinctive way, in an almost therapeutic approach, playing with codes and freeing herself from genres. A process of artistic development, which led her to consider her feelings as an outlet. This is how Karlita explored the world of deep house / lofi during his first two EPs, "Lazydayz" released in 2019 and "Amor Fabola" in 2020, including the resounding success on streaming platforms of the track "Good Girl", from her first EP.

In a momentous occasion for football in Ireland, the "Yup Girls" project proudly announces the digital release of an inspiring compilation album, celebrating the National Women's football team's historic achievement of qualifying for the World Cup for the first time ever, and Ireland’s first World Cup since 2002. This remarkable milestone follows their relentless pursuit of equal pay and better conditions. The project showcases a diverse range of genres including dance, chants, punk, and more, capturing the spirit and passion for the team and for football as a unifying sport.

Following the surge of media attention on songs chanted in a dressing room just after the momentous defeat of Scotland to secure the team their first ever World Cup, we have a compilation album full of songs for everyone to dance to throughout the World Cup. The focus should always be on the football, but here’s some anthems to celebrate with!

The "Yup Girls" project brings together artists associated with two organisations: 1815 F.C. and ddr. 1815 F.C. is a dynamic, community-led DIY mixed football club, known for their dedication and love for the game. They meet every Wednesday and Sunday to play on free public access football pitches across Dublin city and Ireland, fostering an anti-establishment, vibrant and inclusive football culture.

Likewise ddr. is a community-based radio station that has been a constant source of support for local artists and initiatives. They have a history of collaboration with 1815 F.C., having previously broadcast commentary from matches as well as post-match interviews and DJ sessions.

The "Yup Girls" compilation serves as a tribute to the indomitable spirit of the Irish team, whose journey towards achieving gender equality and recognition has been an inspiration to many around the world, and whose footballing prowess has been an inspiration to so many at home. Each track on the album reflects the passion, strength, and determination of these remarkable athletes and their supporters.

The "Yup Girls" album promises an exhilarating and eclectic musical experience, showcasing the diverse talents of artists from various genres. From infectious dance beats to rousing chants and punk anthems, this compilation captures the essence of the team's historic journey and offers a soundtrack and a legacy.

Sensa is one of the brightest upcoming artists in the UK underground music scene. Through his consistent ability to produce unique and hard-hitting music in a variety of genres, he has gained support for his work from industry pioneers such as DJ EZ, Sammy Virji, and Conducta. After several UK Garage releases with established labels -  Wang Records and Steppers Club - the Bristol-based producer has experimented with genres such as breakbeat and jungle, with one of his most recent breakbeat collaborations - 'Take Me Away' with Sam Deeley - being played by Disclosure on their most recent UK tour.
