Pixan Recordings has just released a new EP by DESH, Future Abstraction. Check out his new mix, containing tracks from the release.

Arturo De Schoenstatt is the mind behind Desh, a fresh new psychedelic act coming
from Mexico. Arturo started to get involved in music from a young age playing the drums on several rock and reggae bands until he was introduced to psytrance at an outdoor party, from that moment on he was obsessed with psychedelic music. Shortly after he started to make his own music creating different projects experimenting with different styles, tempos and collaborating with different artists until Desh was born. Desh has released some of the most interesting and innovative psytrance labels nowdays like Woo-Dog recordings, Ibidelyc recordings,, Digital Shamans, Square lab music, amongst others, last full release was an EP Synchronicity on Visionary Shamanic records called Synchronicity released on February of 2018. Currently Desh In one of the most representative atist of Pixan recordings having released 2 EP’s and interpretating perfectly the combination between deep and weird that is so distinctive in he Pixan sound. This compilation is a dedication to the ritual that occurs every two years, deep in mountains between the eastern and western ghats of southern India. It is a dedication to the people and place, the time and space; the energy that culminates in one dimension to manifest as Atmik Ritual.

ATMIK RITUAL began with our energies focussed towards 'The Awakening' on the 16th - 18th of November 2013 followed by ATMIK RITUAL Chapter II 'The Journey' held between 26th - 29th February 2016.

ATMIK RITUAL Chapter III - The Healing’ 29th March - 1st April 2018 was the third and final edition of Atmik Ritual.

We have been through a lot in the past six years since the first chapter. Some of us have been returning to the calling every year; others are moving onwards to forward their life’s journey. The fact remains that our paths crossed in that brief moment of space and time and we were one; that connection will never fade, change our lives forever.

The Ritual is not a place, it is rather a collective manifestation of consciousness in the space-time continuum; where minds are free to journey far into the depths of the subconscious. Here we create our inner paths to outer space. On this journey, we pick up bits and pieces of information that we call experiences and bring them back to our world to share with our friends and family.

Atmik Ritual creates a safe space for the physical so the spirit can travel freely. Recognize your reason and understand you...  more
