Today the mixtape was made by @mihalis-stamboulis aka Dirlasion born in Thessaloniki Greece.  Raised playing football in the alleys, cycling and skating, he made it at the not so busy streets of the neighborhood. First opportunity that he connected with the night life of Thessaloniki he found the perfect playground to do what he loves the most, clubbing and hosting events on North Greece.
Mixing is his passion, and he did it for the past 20 years in the industry, digging some crazy tunes. His sets takes us on a journey to continents with diverse cultures and several genres like electronic, psychill, ambient, organic house and downtempo. Also co owner of "The Odyssey podcast" and "The Odyssey Sunday" with a wide spectrum of electronic music styles, with influences from East and West, deep ethnic origin sounds that trancent the vibes of humanity and nature.

the podcast will feature some respected & talented artists this year (international & local), with a variety of bpm’s & sound for each journey to diversify the mixes and not hover on one style & speed.

this journey showcases 9.33% of the recent sounds i have been enjoying within the 90 - 120 bpm range, i have constructed a track collection predominantly from all-time-favorite artists (& labels), as well as some favorite upcoming recent talents — which puts it in a special place for me and i hope it will for some of you too ♡ 

marking 4 years since the humble start of the podcast means a lot to me, thanks to all listeners and to those who keep coming back ♡

BΛB aka Jimmy K is a curator of underground sounds, not just looking for the latest unreleased tracks but equally discovering those hidden gems that have been looked over. Originally from Beirut but residing in Dubai, BΛB is a key part to do the launch of the new wicked series called Lughat alRouh as well as being a respected critique following a number of key artists in the deep/underground house movement.
