A love song for family as much as it is for romantic lovers. A longing to belonging (the second subtle body of energy in Kundalini Yogic Science) to the merging of Masculine & Feminine/Yin & Yang/Lingham & Yoni. Tantric progressive house music with a funky, tribal, tech house twist.

Ganesha Cartel is Jim Carson - house music DJ, producer, & promoter of fine house music events since 1997 - dancing to house music since 1995's Operation dance music event by Ron D Core of Dr. Freecloud's Records. 

An early supporter of Insomniac Events (EDC & Nocturnal Wonderland) & promoter for their Countdown NYE parties, Carson promoted for all of Santa Barbara for these historic events featuring the Crystal Method and other fine acts. It only earned him one comp ticket to the event, but the memories will last a lifetime; partnering with other promoters like Channel 36 & Audiotistic. 

In 1997, Carson (Ganesha Cartel known as DJ Illicit at the time) would emerge on the scene at house parties in Isla Vista (UCSB) and later the clubs in LA like Liquid Butterfly & Club Blue (now Sound Nightclub). By 2001-2003, he took it to the next level with residences at dozens of clubs around Southern California with residencies in other cities like Chicago along with main stage performances at Hollywood's top clubs like Chemistry LA at The Palace/Avalon.

Melodic, slightly dark yet euphoric, the perfect balance of yin & yang; a song for championing a new dawn and new day while acknowledging the struggle of perceived separation & loneliness; and embracing its deep moods and fluctuations as it pulls on the heart strings.
