Over the many years that Digital Shamans Records has been pushing its music and energy worldwide, we have made countless amazing connections and continue to make them, expanding our vision to the highest levels.

After the great success of Z3nkai & Friends, the time has come for the next chapter. Carpe Diem is the latest EP from ADAY - Digital Shamans Records featuring collaborations with our own DSR residents, alongside some of the most rockin’ artists on the scene today.

In a world full of uncertainty, we must seize the day and live life to the fullest in the here and now. With that in mind, we are proud to be able to showcase the efforts of our DSR family and friends as we try to live true to that creed, producing new and innovative psychedelic music to ensnare the senses and ground us all together in this moment.

"Roots of Resonance" is conceived as a narrative journey, where in each track unique phases of the psychedelic process were represented. This consists of the initial awakening, progresses through stages of heightened awareness and mystical visions, reaches a peak of cosmic communion, and finally returns to a state of calm introspection. The overarching theme is that of transformation, reflecting the ebb and flow of a psychedelic journey.

The music draws inspiration from the natural patterns that occur in nature. These patterns, from the fractals in plants and clouds to the rhythms found in the life cycles of organisms, serve as a metaphor for the cyclical and interconnected nature of the human experience. This connection to natural patterns is mirrored in the music's structure and flow, enhancing the listener's sense of unity with the natural world.
