This is a report from Norilsk, northern-most city occupied by 175000 people, situated above Arctic circle. The city is pretty much governed by a nickel mining company, which owns almost any of the other business in town. This company is also blamed for all kinds of local pollution, ranging from air, sound and light pollution, turning local trees into bizarre husks, to turning one of the local rivers to blood-shade red color. Even that people have to this and endure extreme climate combined with endless winter nights, they coming to town with a goal to earn good money. For some inexplicable reason, they keep coming back after some periods of time...

Sentinel Agency - Kilo

The sun beginning to smoke and the northern lights to twinkle, I have come home to die. Not that I have much longer to live. This hospital is supposed to be the best in the East, but I don't think they'll be able to cure me of what I've got. 
I've been a patient here for quite some time, The doctors have done all they could for me and now I'm feeling the effects. I think my case is approaching its end. 
The disease I have is somewhat unusual. One of the greatest physicians of the West Once said to me that he had a dream that one day he would be able to cure me. 
But even when he applied all his skill and knowledge to my case, He could never achieve what seemed to elude him. Now I know why.
