Paper Flowers (Title Track)
Paper Flowers, the title track of the album, is a subtle ode to Bougainvillaea, an ornamental shrub with pink/white petals found in some Indian gardens.
Bougainvillaeas and happiness go hand in hand. The simple elements in the track were produced to invoke a sense of warm nostalgia, taking one back to the summer days when one was first amused by its petals. Playing a vital role in the memories among the people I know and adore, Paper Flowers pens a little note of gratitude to Bougainvillaea for its presence in this world, and in our memories.
