Last night I acquired a DSI Mono Evolver Keyboard (Potentiometer Edition with the Prophet 12 knobs.) This is a quick (and silly) demo of several of the sounds in a musical context. All sounds are from the Mono Evolver Keyboard exclusively.

Dave Smith Mono Evolver - Demo

patches for consideration as Sequential Pro 3 factory presets.  All sounds and effects are from the instrument itself.  The wavetable selection is changed during playback to illustrate variations that can be quickly created during a performance.  Polyphonic sections are either demos of paraphonic mode patches, or monophonic programs with offset tunings of the three oscillators.  Rhythmic sounds are based on sequences embedded in each program, arpeggiator patterns, or a combination of both.  Some of the drum programs are based on sequences constructed with the wavetable oscillator.

TQS - PRO3 - Demo 1

Sound design for the upcoming @Sequential_llc Pro 3 synth! For the fourth time the team at Dave Smith Instruments / Sequential was so kind to let me get my hands on one of their prototypes and contribute some presets. The other machines being OB-6, Rev-2 and Prophet-X. One thing that's cool is that each preset *must* include a sequence - I always end up with a ton of little song sketches :)
So, here's a quick recording of the patches/sequences - a few are just variations, some a bit raw, but I hope you like.
