In 1954, Aldous Huxley introduced the concept of „Mind at Large“ to help interpret psychedelic experiences. According to this concept, the human mind filters reality under normal circumstances while psychedelic drugs remove the filter, exposing the user to a Mind at Large.

Im Sommer 2015 auf Ibiza fragte Jo.Ke, der in dieser Nacht mit Feathered Sun spielte, @mommusic, ob er „How Strange“ kenne. Luis Couñago Luque, so der bürgerliche Name von MoM, griff zu den Kopfhörern und hörte sich die Nummer an: „Ich war total vom Sound der Flöten begeistert.“ Also nahm er sich der Nummer an, um einen Remix nach seinen Vorstellungen zu basteln. „Ich sprach mit meinem Freund ANuT (@soul-36), und wir begannen, mit dem Track herumzuhantieren." 'Le Temple de Renca' is an hommage to the Amazon rainforest - an attempt at amplifying the voices of this majestic ecosystem and its citizen.

The Renca Reserve in Brazil is one of the most diverse and untouched jungles in the world. It is now under threats of deforestation by greedy individuals, blinded by the monetary interests of the mining industry. 

« Renca reserve in the eastern Amazon is home to the indigenous Aparai, Wayana and Wajapi tribes as well as vast swaths of untouched forest, covering more than 46,000 square kilometres.

Renca contains important reserves of gold, manganese, iron and copper which until now have been available only to relatively low-level state-owned mining. Illegal miners also operate in the area.»

Releasing on labels like Manual Music, Connaisseur and BlaBla, he has cemented a style that is both emotionally tantalizing and technically sound. Story At The Campfire is a nocturnal journey through dreamy pads, mesmerizing arpeggios and captivating sound textures. 

ACHT head honcho LetKolben picks up the pace with a driving remix, built on an infectious horn and drum section, but still honoring the originals' magical arpeggios. Katerblau residents Mira & Chris Schwarzwälder have transformed the original into a hazy journey of their own, bound to set even the coldest of dance floors ablaze. And Be Svendsen delivers another one of his "hypnotic desert-circus-shaman-cowboy-techno" remixes. All of them are of course close friends of the Happy Camper crew - it's a family affair.

Vedat Mutlu @vedat-mutlu made revision of the legendary Black Earth by Fazil Say which was inspired by Kara Toprak, a popular song in Turkey. The composer of the song, Aşık Veysel (1891-1973), was the last great Turkish balladeer and the final link in a thousand-year tradition. The song describes loneliness and loss. All that remains is the black earth, the colour of the landscape in his native town of Sivas

Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

At the very hub of this wheel which is falling apart, is Beauty. And it will keep on rolling until everything that has gone to make up the wheel has disintegrated. The wallpaper with which the men of science have covered the world of reality is falling to tatters. The grand whorehouse which they have made of life requires no decoration; it is essential only that the drains function adequately. Beauty, that feline beauty which has us by the balls all around the world, is finished. To fathom the new reality it is first necessary to dismantle the drains, to lay open the gangrened ducts which compose the genito-urinary system that supplies the excreta of art. The odor of the day is permanganate and formaldehyde. The drains are clogged with strangled embryos.
