This time mixed by no one else but our super darling Lasse Lambretta.

A very recognizable, playful sound is key element to most of his mixtapes, since he combines a very special style of mixing with an exeptional selection of tracks. The dancy but sometimes dark and melancholic rhythm of this tape perfectly describes this special time of fast changes, that we all are part of currently.

But we are more than happy to give you this simple advice - while you’re listening:
Take off your shoes and dance outside in the sun.

Serafin Sinfonia Op. 83 - Maaje - Frappant Geschwoft

Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10 year-old witch apprentice) finally reached the shore. It was the very first time that they saw the Baltic Sea and they were duly impressed. The gale force winds made their long white dresses flap in the wind and their long hair was being blown in all kinds of directions, while high waves were roaring around them.
Despite the fact it was a cold and windy day in April, they didn’t hesitate for long. They slipped out of their dresses and waded into the water, holding hands to avoid being swept away by the high waves. The Baltic Sea was really wild and restless that day, and the girls had to battle for many minutes before they finally managed to reach water which was deep enough to dive into. They let go and felt how they got swept away by the retreating tide along a shallow gully, still holding hands firmly. Finally they reached the open sea. The wind was still as fierce but the waves were not that high anymore. So they decided to dip under water. The serene silence was in complete contrast with the deafening roar of the high waves on the surface of the sea.  So they decided to dive deeper, where the water was perfectly peaceful and calm, but also so murky that they could barely see their hands before their face.  So the witches had to search their way intuitively. 
They swam around for a couple of hours until something strange happened. The murky water suddenly became clearer and a few minutes later the water was perfectly clear and had a mesmerizing aquamarine glow. They could even see the sunrays shining down from above. This was a true oasis in the middle of the Baltic Sea. The area was also full of fish which were swimming around lazily. The girls even spotted a family of harbour porpoises, which is a critically endangered species in the Baltic. These marine mammals showed the witches the way to the centre of this marine oasis, where they met Paul The Octopus. The legend of this psychic octopus who can predict the future was well known, but Hekske had always thought that Paul was just a mythical animal which didn’t really exist. But exist he did, and the octopus was showing a myriad of different luminous colors, sparkling bright as a diamond in the sun. 
Paul had been expecting the witches for days. He stretched out his 8 arms and gave a welcome hug to the young witches. For the girls this was a very special feeling, as the skin of an octopus feels like nothing else on this planet, soft and firm at the same time … even very firm as they felt his suckers all over their bodies. The arms of the octopus were completely wrapped around Hekske and Falke, who surrendered to the serene and gentle energy of this beautiful sea dweller. Paul took the witches for a graceful slow dance through the aquamarine water. The girls lost all sense of space and time, and felt deeply connected … not only with this octopus, but also with the whole Baltic Sea. They couldn’t tell whether this tender embrace lasted for minutes or even hours, but they wanted this experience to go on forever …

The beautiful set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

Philipp aka @tantedante from our @love-foundation family is our second cuddle cast provider. He has enchanted us during many early morning sets at Love Foundation events and he is taking us on a heavily hip-hop influenced journey this time. 

We love this personal touch of every artist in their cuddle casts and we hope you enjoy it as well.
