Wahres Selbstbewusstsein offenbart sich häufig erst in extrem Situationen. Insbesondere bei emotional u/o kognitiv aufreibenden Konflikten, wird das Selbstbewusstsein eines Menschen gefordert. Dabei ist erst einmal egal, ob es sich um einen Disput mit einem Freund, Kollegen oder Vorgesetzten handelt. Sobald eine fundamentale Meinungsverschiedenheit kommunikativ in Erscheinung tritt, muss agiert werden. Entweder man bemüht sich darum, sein Gegenüber von seinem Standpunkt zu überzeugen, einen gemeinsamen Nenner zu finden oder die Differenzen einfach zu akzeptieren. So oder so sollte der (selbst-)bewusste Mensch aktiv werden, seine Gedanken mit seinem Gesprächspartner teilen und auf möglichst emphatische Art und Weise seine Beweggründe darlegen. Stellt sich heraus, dass hier zwei diametrale Weltbilder aufeinandertreffen, kann es auch manchmal einfach das beste sein, die Glaubensmuster des jeweils anderen zu akzeptieren. Getreu dem Motto ‚Leben und leben lassen‘. 
In jedem Fall ist es für das eigene selbst am gesündesten, sich nicht zu verstecken. Ein offener Austausch erlaubt die meisten Konflikte direkt aufzulösen. Hält der Mensch sich zurück so kann ein tiefsitzender und zermürbender Groll entstehen. Dieser raubt Energie und erschwert ein glückliches und unbeschwertes Leben. Darüber hinaus kann keine Maske der Welt, ein wahres Gesicht auf ewig verbergen.

S: Hi Kiki what was your first track you felt in love with during your childhood?
K: The first tracks I liked the most in my childhood were Peter Schilling - Major Tom & Stereo MC´s - Connected 
S: ... and the last track you digged ?
K:  My last Track that i digged is Okuma - Urmel 
S: ...and maybe could you tell us how did you get into the music cooking pot ?
K:  I grew up in a very music loving family. There always was a lot of music being heard, made by ourselves and a lot of dancing,
therefore it was around me from early on.  Also I tried to learn different instruments and different dance styles in my childhood, and in the end i was the one responsible for the music at private parties by putting together playlists for it. 
My friends always told me that maybe I should become a real DJ - which I did and I have loved it ever since.

Am Mittag der Veranstaltung in der Rakete, wir sitzen zusammen, trinken das erste Bier, essen Veggieburger im KAP. Plötzlich klingelt das Telefon. "Ey Erik, du musst jetzt stark sein… Die Location hat uns abgesagt." Nach 2 Jahren warten auf diesen Termin wird uns dieses Mal statt aufgrund von Corona wegen Lärmbeschwerden der Nachbarn die Veranstaltung gecancelt. Typisch Stuttgart irgendwie...

Und jetzt? Kennt irgendwer eine Ausweichlocation? Machen wir draußen einen Rave? Einige Zeit und etliche Nachrichten später, das Telefon klingelt wieder, Tim ist dran. "Max hat einen Waggon bei der neuen Oper, da könnten wir die Veranstaltung machen!"

Getränke sind gekauft, der Waggon aufgeräumt und hergerichtet, sämtliche Menschen über alle Kanäle informiert, die ersten Freund:innen treffen ein. 23:30Uhr, ich beginne mein Set, der Waggon ist leer, doch füllt sich dann plötzlich ganz schnell und bleibt das dann auch bis die Morgensonne kommt.

Danke an alle, die uns geholfen haben das noch so spontan auf die Beine zu stellen
und an alle, die mit uns getanzt haben! Besonders viel Dank geht an Max (@issueswithmysleep), der uns nicht nur die Location zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern auch mein Set gemastert hat <3

The beautiful set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

 Marina aka @maaje_music is a long term friend of the family with an excellent music taste, as a result of that we asked her to also contribute a cuddle cast ;)
