"Since my childhood i'm playing the saxophone in several live combos. But one day I also fell in love with electronic music....
I like it smooth, I like it slow, I like it driving and drifting. I love to spread my vibe daytime on music festivals, sharing storytelling dj sets and of course still love jammin the saxophone with soulfoul musicians. Once in a while I combine and make live saxophone Dj sets.

 ● This tape was recorded on September 3rd at the Bummelzug festival @ the cellar stage. You'll find lots of released and unreleased gems in it to purify your body and soul.

Happy Easter! This is my unedited, imperfect, raw and way too long recording for my first "real" solo-gig since 2019 which took place at the lovely PURPUR-Party from @we-kuyen on friday the  08.04.2022 in the Musikbrauerei Berlin! 

Unfortunately, I did not hit the record button, so this recording should give a little insight how things went on that night! Thanks everybody for showing up, having a good time and dance to my music (and the greeeeat music of the other artists @judith-ahrends @monkymanmusic @lisathaens @marcosmeza - I enjoyed all of them!). ẓıȷŋ originates from the Dutch word 'zijn' which is 'to be' and that's music for us as healing in the Now. But how long is Now? ∞ In ẓıȷŋ's family of origin, music has been heard since prehistoric times as the essential art of all the arts, which were omnipresent from an early age. He was literally born with the talent of the sound artist. Some instruments shaped the career and the basic emotional feeling. When he was growing up, the first attempts came with old, cheap CD-Players to mix Goa and Downtempo.

Time passed and the priorities shifted to visual arts such as painting and studying media design. But then at some point „Techno" discovered ẓıȷŋ’s constant 'permacreative' urge to create and so began a timeless journey through electronic worlds of sound, sometimes melodious, sometimes deep, sometimes hypnotic, sometimes colorfully mixed and then again simply and with shamanic influences. Since then, ẓıȷŋ is constantly diggin’ new sound and combines different and sometimes odd styles together, just like an Alchemist would do so.

"L.S. in Wonderland" is me telling a story. My story of finding wonderful inspirations in electronic music.
These are songs that have accompanied me over the last few years and songs which I just found days ago. Mixing those tracks, blending them together, showed me that there are a lot of similarities to the music that I was listening to, all merging into a very personal sound journey. 
I'm understanding a little more each day, which elements in music I love.
I feel like I've found a path that I want to continue after experimenting with so many different sounds of music over the last 10 years.
Almost feels like Arrival.

Here is the Set that i played at Fusion Festival on the Bachstelzenfloor this year. It is a quite different set from the last one. I played almost exclusively with short loops and not whole tracks, that way i sometimes would like a few more arms and hands to play, but am also able to be absolutely in the moment and create music that is exactly for that moment and those people in front of me. Playing Live is a huge challenge, but i am looking forward to keep developing and creating. 
Thanks for all the dancers and their vibes who made this what it is.
