The Dark

It was just another normal day for Tyler Joseph, the guy from Twenty One Pilots. He stepped outside for coffee, the sun shining bright. But then, Sera showed up. She almost tripped over her own feet.

"Careful there," Tyler said, grinning.

"I'm fine!" she said, brushing her hair back. "I just came for coffee. Which I forgot to get."

Tyler raised an eyebrow. "You ran all the way out here and forgot your coffee?"

"Yeah, and you're Tyler Joseph, right? From the band?"

"Yup, the guy who wrote ‘Stressed Out.’”

“Now I’m stressed out from you,” she laughed.

Tyler chuckled. “Well, I was about to offer you coffee, but since you forgot yours... how about we just make today even weirder?”

“Deal,” she grinned, but before she could respond, a loud crash echoed down the street.

"Did that just happen?" Sera asked.

"Yep," Tyler said, eyes wide.

And just like that, they were running. Tyler, the famous rockstar, and Sera, who had no idea what was going on but was suddenly caught up in the madness. They dashed through the streets, Tyler leaping over bikes and dodging traffic while Sera kept pace.

“So... you’re just running from... a crash?” she asked, breathless.

“Something like that,” Tyler replied.

"Tell me about it," Sera said sarcastically.

Suddenly, a hooded figure appeared, and Tyler grabbed Sera's wrist. "Don’t worry. I know a guy. Let’s go.”

They ran down alleyways, weaving through chaos, as the mysterious figure pursued them.

“You good?” Tyler glanced over, but Sera was keeping up.

“Totally good!” she said. “And you are?”

“Never been better!” Tyler yelled as they rounded a corner.

The hooded man got closer. Sera’s phone died. Of course.

Then, Tyler and Sera were cornered by the man, who grabbed Tyler’s arm.

Before Tyler could react, Sera shoved the man into the street, sending him tumbling.

“Whoa!” Tyler yelled, startled.

The man got up, now angrier.

But before things could escalate, a car swerved in front of them, barely missing the chaos. Tyler yanked Sera out of the way just in time.

Sera looked up, breathless, laughing. “That was... ridiculous.”

“I wrote a song about being stressed out,” Tyler said, panting. “Now I’m stressed out from you.”

“Hey, I’m just getting started,” she teased.

Then a voice behind them cut through the chaos. “Um, you two are kind of a big deal, right?” a stranger asked. “I just wanted to know where the nearest Starbucks is.”

Tyler sighed. "After all that? I just need coffee."

Sera laughed. “Normal? Buddy, we just outran a car.”

Tyler nodded. “True. This is definitely not normal.”

Sera winked. “And I’m loving every minute of it.”

Rolling Thunder

They set out, the streets oddly quiet as Tyler's head buzzed with questions. Sera walked beside him, arms crossed. "Okay, radio-obsessed Tyler, where are we going?"

Before he could answer, the ground shook. A figure emerged from an alley, cloaked in black. Its glowing eyes scanned Tyler.

“You triggered the rift. You must stop it before it collapses time,” the figure said.

Tyler shot back, “Do you always talk like you’re auditioning for a villain role?”

The figure ignored him and pointed toward an old, abandoned building. “Find it inside. You have little time.”

Sera glanced at Tyler. “Well, this is your thing. Time to save the world… again.”

The figure led them inside, the door slamming behind them. Tyler felt a sense of dread. He wasn’t sure what was about to happen, but something was off. The world, it seemed, was no longer what it used to be.

CAn’t STop RUnniNG

Sera’s a laid-back creative from Columbus, Ohio. She’s tight with Tyler and Josh from Twenty One Pilots, often found shooting hoops and throwing high-fives. Off the court, she’s chilling at Tyler’s place, hangin with them in the tub, sometimes sneaking and rummaging in the bathroom looking for something good. Sera’s all about keeping things real and enjoying life’s quirks.
