"Out of My System" is a song for anyone in need of a new chapter in their life. Sometimes we need to flush out things from our path - whether it be a relationship, an addiction, or even just poor decisions from our past. Life is a learning curve, and when I wrote this song with my friend Carl Olson, we truly just wrote from the heart on this record. The phrase "out of my system" is something I use all the time, and I hope others can relate and heal the same way I did while creating this song. The music video is directed by Kate B, and produced by our production company, Starglow Productions. I am extremely proud of this one and cannot wait for the world to see this entire different side of me as an artist. I have always loved the Britney Spears music video for her song "Stronger", so this was a childhood dream come true, inspired by Britney.

This is an epic version of the classic Nancy Sinatra song, "These Boots Are Made For Walking'". I have always wanted to make my own version of this song, but with a dark edge to it. My producer Cory Barker and I brought this to life in the studio after carefully making sure to get the cinematic elements just right. We hope to see this song used in commercials, movie trailers, or intense scenes in tv shows and films, as it is perfect for licensing.

Sometimes life can get crazy, complicated, and even MAD. "Mayhem" is a song for ANYONE that has felt life "hit them in the face". There are times in life where the only thing to do, is let it all go! That is exactly what this song is all about. I hope when you listen to it, it gives you a sense of confidence and strength that I know is inside every one of you! :)

I wrote "Silver Screen" with Los Angeles music producer, Cory Barker, and together we really wanted to create a cinematic journey with this record. We explored the edge of dark pop meets story telling, and with that, we created an explosive sound of cinematic pop music. This song is supposed to take you on a journey, and the music video takes you even farther into that very story.

“Game Over” is about being in a relationship that is coming to an end, comparing it to when you complete a video game’s final level. It’s bittersweet ending any relationship, but most of the time; you don’t always see it coming. This song gives my “player” the upper hand in knowing the relationship will be ending by beating the “final boss” and winning the game (the relationship).

Dark Secrets

Serena Foster is a singer/songwriter from Los Angeles. She started singing at age five, began writing music and words on guitar at age nine, and writing music and words on piano at age sixteen. She was born and raised in a musical family. 

From 2012 to 2015 she worked with two time Emmy winning composer/producer, Lars Deutsch. Serena released two singles, "More Than Friends" and "Silly Games” in 2015, with Mr. Deutsch, as well as some jaw dropping music videos to go with the songs.
 
Currently, Serena in the studio finalizing a brand new radio hit album with the very talented producer Raz Klinghoffer, whose work can be heard on television shows such as "American Horror Story," Ink Master" and "The Flash." Serena is also working with J2Producer who has produced and remixed songs for artists such as Beyonce, Shakira, LL Cool J, The Pussy Cat Dolls, and Cassie.
 
Serena has teamed with Fenton Music Management as her new representation and could not be happier to be represented by Rob Fenton. “In The Night” is the first single from her new sound and is summer ready to get you moving to the beat!

July 29th,  she is releasing a heart themed record titled "Hollow" that is garenteed to get you feeling some things in your chest. Stay tuned!!
