Sister Mary is born with a new found innerstanding on the human experience. It is a musical journey, a story. Every piece by Sister Mary is curated with presence and raw emotion. A side no one has heard yet, un-manufactured, and with total authenticity. The faceless nun; the reflectionless mirror, the ethereal powerhouse. This is the next chapter in Mark’s soul path and most importantly his artistic vision. What he wants to express and how he wants to express it.

I was heavily inspired by progressive metal whilst writing these few tracks, I love the hypnotic feeling of odd time signatures and heavy contrast of up-tempo and down-tempo arrangements. With a deep and dark aesthetic and the non standard timings it is sure to feed you tension, excitement and curiosity.

Lisbon's DJ Ride joins Dome of Doom for the release of Lightspeed. Dropping October 30th, Lightspeed is a 9-track and 25-minute cyclone of dynamic beats. Every piece explores a multitude of rhythms and genre-fusions across hip-hop and electronic music. Guest spots on Lightspeed include Stereossauro, Holly, Subp Yao, L*o*J, Not Yes, Dead End, HØST, and Aagentah.
