Hailing from Coventry, this rising DJ is fresh to the scene but has burst into the Birmingham circuit securing gigs at the likes of MADE Festival, re:cord events & Aromatik In his first year behind the decks.

As an avid digger and collector Ashley has been building his collection for years alongside running his brand Dark Catz.

This mix is mix is packet to the brim with minimal/ electro transitioning into garage, perfect build up from start to finish and we hope you enjoy this one as much as we have!

Serious Selectas GM002 - Ashley Parris

ellhaych, (pronounced ‘LH’), is the darker, dubbier alias of Lee Haslam, who recently released on our debut sampler. He now features again for us with an hour’s journey through the darker depths of his record bag for our Serious Selecta’s Guest Mix series.

ellhaych is the DEFINITION of a selecta & is also a ridiculously talented producer. He has been on our radar for years now & rightly so with how much this mix bangs, providing us with sounds that we’ve never heard before,

He also runs a very successful event called Arc in Spalding and has played at Mint fest this year & also recently supporting Sammy Virji in Peterborough. Hope you guys are ready to be taken on a musical journey.

The duo are providing us with their first mix together since joining forces, bringing us that underground sound transitioning into garage seamlessly to bless your ears for an hour :)

Serious Selectas GM004 - SmithAB

Osmosis Jones is the moniker of 26 year old UKG producer and DJ, Tim Spalding. Hailing from Melbourne he fell in love with the UK sound after hearing “Move Your Body” by Mark “Ruff” Ryder and MC Vapour at a Jamie XX set in Australia 

Since then he’s produced dozens of garage tunes spanning 2-step to Speedy G, getting plays from some of the biggest dons in the scene; Interplanetary Criminal, Prozak, Dr. Dubplate and more. In 2024, he hopes to continue growing his record collection, which have inspired many of his recent tunes, and organise a UK tour later in the year.

We’ve been watching Tims journey for way over a year now and we’ve been BIG supporters of his music, and to have the pleasure of him coming on for our GM series was only going to be a matter of time. This mix is 100% Osmosis Jones production packed with stacks and stacks of unreleased tunes for you all.

We’re so gassed to continue to watch ‘Osmosis Jones’ become a household name in the garage scene and in our opinion it’s only a matter of time until he’s goes straight to the very top! Big up man, this mix is tooo sick!! And who knows…. maybe we’ll see you in the UK very soon
