This is my remix of Diamond Sky for the contest held by Elliot Berger and Laura Brehm.  I knew it as soon as I heard the original and heard about the contest that I had to put my own spin on it.  This remix is the largest I've put out with about 80 channels of audio and it was a blast to put together!  It's a more heavy metal take on the original but, I maintain the ambiance and emotion from the original and I try to expand on it.  I also mixed in some elements from other genres to give it a fresh look.  Big thanks to Elliot and Laura for the opportunity!  Enjoy!

I took this track in a whole different direction from what I've made in the past and I love it.  I've been looking for a while to expand my style and do my own thing and I feel like I'm heading in the right direction.  I tried to make use of textured samples to give the track some space and give it a more full sound.  It's a very melodic and uplifting track and I hope you enjoy it.  This was made 7 months ago and I'm not really sure why I waited to release it but it's different and the timing feels right.

This is a mix I've been wanting to do for a while but, I could never find the music that accurately represented where I wanted to go with this project.  After months I finally put together the mix with tracks that range in genres, time signatures, tempos, and moods and I feel proud of it.  Some of these tracks are the inspiration for me to start producing again and are influenced from my musical up bringing.
