We’re very excited to welcome Mia to the Sudo discography!

Born in Devon with Bristol as her second home, Mia Temple has a rich musical background, spanning from drumming at the age of 13 in a punk outfit all the way to co-fronting the 8 piece reggae band 'Backbeat Soundsystem' on Easy Star records. 

She currently lives a nomadic lifestyle, performing as a vocalist for a living, producing tracks for her digital dub/140 duo project ‘ESKIMO NEBULA' and making beats + DJing with the rest of her time. 

Her production and DJ style is deep, gritty, hard & heavy but can also output tribal and rhythmic impressions amongst her 140 / Grime influenced performances. Her first original release ‘Pilgrim', which dropped October 2022, gained support from the formidable @deeptempo140 podcast as well as garnering support from renowned DJs in the scene on an international level. Since then she has been consistently hot on the studio graft with tracks such as ‘Gate Of Storr' and now her latest imprint, 'Trust', out today on all platforms.

Oddkut is a DJ and producer from Balakovo, Russia. Creator of the project Judder, whose main activity is the support and promotion of DJs and producers who prefer music with a dark atmosphere, deep bass and endless variations of rhythm alongside his residency on London’s Subtle FM Radio, where you can hear both Russian and foreign guests delving into the darker corners of Bass music and 140.

Emerging artist SUBTALA (@sub-tala) out of Leeds joins the Too Much Collective family for his debut release on the label. SUBTALA brings his signature melodic licks along with his deep basslines on the title track 'U & I' where his glistening leads take precedent over a lovely rolling drum pattern. Following this, he brings more of his signature sounds on 'Tap Water', where his bubbly basses and winding synth lines bring great energy to the track. Finally, TMC resident and long time affiliate ØZ joins the fun for a groovy, sound design heavy remix of the title track, fusing his style with the awesome pallet of sounds SUBTALA brings to this release!

A must listen if you like deep, dark rolling bass.

Albion Collective returns with a slick, boundary-pushing vinyl EP from Bristol’s own ØZ. This three-tracker, following on from Yoofee’s debut in 2021, continues to explore the vibrant, colourful and truly imaginative textures of 140 whilst staying true to the bass-driven ethos at the label’s core.

Opening up the EP, ØZ gives the people what they want. Within 16 bars ‘Namib’ is squelching, writhing and undulating in all the set-igniting ways an A-side should. Deep low- end, pristine sound design and a second drop fit for the steppas, ‘Namib’ is what we came
here for. ‘Plasticity’ is why we stay, as it dives headfirst from the dark mystique and wonder of a Guillermo del Toro fairy-tale and into a glitched-out maelstrom sparking with electrified sub-knocks and eyebrow-searing white noise. While the A-side gets darker, the B-side gets funkier with ‘Dawn’, unleashing slick keys and a mean trumpet solo over funky licks and ghetto basslines.

Albion Collective is proud to return with their first release in over a year, welcoming ØZ to the label as a brand-new signee with a wholly unique take on 140.
