Hallo ihr Lieben, der heutige Podcast wird von unserem Resident DJ Monotrack präsentiert. Durch seine stetige Weiterentwicklung als DJ und nun auch als Live-Artist, schlägt Monotrack einen charakteristischen Weg ein. Sein aktuelles Projekt bezieht sich auf analoges-Live-Musizieren. Durch jahrelanges Produzieren am Rechner erarbeitete er sich ein Portfolio an Wissen und Techniken, die ihm heute zugute kommen. Gerade diese Fähigkeiten nutzt er um mit dem analogen Live-Equipment die Sounds live beim Spielen zu erschaffen. Euch erwartet ein energiegeladenes Techno Set, wie wir es von ihm gewohnt sind. Monotrack - Serotonin [Podcast 060]

Zu den bekanntesten Wirkungen des Serotonins auf das Zentralnervensystem zählen seine Auswirkungen auf die Stimmungslage. Es gibt uns das Gefühl der Gelassenheit, inneren Ruhe und Zufriedenheit. Dabei dämpft es eine ganze Reihe unterschiedlicher Gefühlszustände, insbesondere Angstgefühle, Aggressivität, Kummer und das Hungergefühl. Depressive Verstimmungen lassen sich neurochemisch teilweise mit Serotonin-Wiederaufnahmehemmern oder der Serotonin-Vorstufe 5-Hydroxytryptophan verringern.
In der neurochemischen Forschung wird Oxytocin beim Menschen mit psychischen Zuständen wie Liebe, Vertrauen und Ruh in Zusammenhang gebracht. Diese Annahmen beruhen auf Experimenten, wie sie von Michael Kosfeld an der Universität Zürich durchgeführt wurden.

These brothers may have been born 4 years apart, but not only behind the decks nothing separates them. Growing up in a very musical family, they played together in a band but have in the meantime traded in the drums and guitar for synthesizers and controllers. Since playing the first raves together as “Gebrüder Rumms” when they co-founded the collective “Krach vom Fach” in 2020, they have stuck to a dark, yet melodic techno sound that scratches the itch. The track selection always reflects a very personal desire for what they want to hear at peak time. Another creative outlet is their involvement with the “Lichtfetisch” crew. Designing floors and controlling the lights, they are able to show another side of their love for techno.
