It's been a year while Ukraine has been under attack but is still standing strong. Once again we'd like to express our anxiety about this lasting tragedy in an artistic way. Showing support fellow Lithuanian electronic music creator Anknown Urtist delivers an EP called "Mir" which in Ukrainian language means "peace", to show unity against brutalism. "Mir" EP contains three original electronic music pieces and a remix from Florindo for the title track.
Anknown Urtist's "Mir" is a bright melodic composition dressed up in old-school breakbeat aesthetics, that arouses a melancholic feeling of peacefulness. "Epilogue" is a bit darker piece with a hard bass line and wide atmospheric synthetic textures. "Screamer" co-created together with Phun Thomas and Maner goes even darker in mood and is full of 'screaming' synth sounds. The most energetic track in the pack comes as a remix from Lithuanian electronic music creator Florindo. His debut work on FSS Recordings delivers super-acidic breakbeat sounds.

Every cent of the money earned from this release will be donated to “Blue/Yellow” organisation which supports Ukraine, its Armed Forces and the civil population in Donbass area since 2014 and is a key supporter in it's war against Russia.

The Procyon II team are very proud to bring you PRCN001: 'Wave Artifice' - Naarm local AJ Walker's second EP and the maiden release for the Procyon II label.  

AJ returns with bag of sonic goodies to take you a journey through the galaxy and back. With a propensity for driving low-end grooves, snappy percussion and laser-like acid-licks leaving no surprises, this release has seen him venture down new avenues of sound design creating nebulous pad sections and synth harmonies to loose yourself in on a dusty dance-floor in the bush. 

3 recent cuts, 'Wave Artifice', 'Polybius' and 'Astra-Technique' showcase the last 6-months or so of AJ's trip into the esoteric and aims to capture that otherworldly feeling you might get while staring into the liminality of space on a clear night. 
'Blue Shell Boogie', written in 2021 is an ode to everyones favourite N64 classic. Sitting dormant on a backup disc since and finally finding a home on the Procyon II imprint.

It's house, it's trance, it's a bit prog and it's Mario Kart 64 - it's Wave Artifice.

Matilda first immersed herself in the world of House and Techno in Montreal, then delved into Seoul's undercurrents, evolving alongside Seoul Community Radio. She has now moved to Nantes to join the collective Zone Rouge and Mauve Soundsystem.
A regular at clubs and festivals, she has performed at Macadam (Nantes), Astropolis, Alimentation Générale, and International (Paris) with artists such as Courtesy, Paloma Colombe, Madam X, Licaxxx and Kiko.
Winner of the Tremplin Astropolis 2022, Matilda joined the DÔME Astropolis family by performing on the festival stage last summer.

Sundar Chan from the city of Bangalore , Chan is a musical sponge. Inspired by the likes of Louie Vega and David Morales

impeccable ear for music developed by immersing himself in the sounds of Soul, Funk, Disco, Rock,
