KRS Finale - NIGHT

Music is my all-time passion, regardless of the form, style or genre. That is what sessiondigger feels about music. No matter if it comes to listening or playing already recorded music or when it comes to 
playing a musical instrument or even producing pieces of music, it is the only thing that sticks with him daily. 

He started to work as a DJ in his early teens. By the year 1987. club residencies were already part of his weekly routine. The clubs of his home town Samobor in Croatia, former SOK or Sirius, were 
valuable starting points. Moving to the larger disco clubs, like the discotheque Omega, situated in the  thermal resort nearby, was the most valuable ingredient that has shaped him as a DJ. By that time, 
he already held a few club residencies and continue to play in venues of various profiles and  capacities. At the same time, he polished and curated his skills as a radio host and music editor. 

During the 90-es and the explosion of the modern age of electronic music, Sessiondigger did occasional gigs and turn his focus to the technical organization of the events. Together with that, he
shaped his skills as an artist host. Late 90-es, together with a young and enthusiastic team of  journalists and creative people, Sessiondigger participated in the publication of the first Croatian 
electronic music magazine named techno.hr. 

Today he is a father of two grown daughters. During their childhood, his focus on the electronic 
music scene was partial and very occasional. For the last few years, Sessiondigger have returned to  DJing more actively and at the same time shaped his writing skills and turned his other passion into a
blog. When writing blog articles, I try to tell a relaxing and insider story that will depict an event and present to my readers an insight into my own experience of it, says Sessiondigger about his blog 
writing. He mostly writes about festivals, club nights, parties, concerts or any other form of musical performance or consumption. 

Through his blog, he was able to find a truly original way to write about the electronic music scene  and was rewarded with support and positive feedback from the readers. In addition to that, 
Sessiondigger publish recommendations of interesting and quality albums in the field of electronic  music and produce regular podcast mixes, whose intention is to promote quality music, within 
personal aesthetic boundaries. 

He likes to consider himself an entertainer DJ who is challenged in designing a musical background for the most diverse events and prefer longer DJ sets. Playing two hours slots is always too short to 
express my intentions, he says. He is open to creative ideas and love collaborations with other creatives. The blog he is writing is called sessiondigger. His audience has identified his personality
through that name. Sessiondigger is already a household name when it comes to the local Croatian electronic music scene and he performs under this name.

Electronic music is an important part of my musical heritage. I have started DJ-ing back in the eighties, as a Club and Radio DJ.

Early 2000's, along with a group of enthusiastic young people I was part of the crew that created first Croatian magazine dedicated to electronic music, "techno.hr". 

I've started blogging about the electronic music scene, clubbing and everything else I found interested in the world of the music. Podcast mixes are part of the blog website.
