An ethereal voice recalls the decline of this part of Italy where I come from. The commodification and race to the bottom of everything (especially art and music) has led to a society where good and bad are confused, where we can no longer recognize beauty. Inevitable, unstoppable decline, I think there's nothing we can do about it, but this song was born that way.

'Mexican Cola Bottle Baby' is our lead single—an optimistic dancefloor-filler that rides a disco rhythm, full of odd-ball percussion, over a swollen house bassline as we’re lead through clusters of synthesized mating calls via infectious melodic whistling. If there is a tune that sums up our idea of Summer—bright as a cloudless day yet thick as a tropical heat, and is as wacky as we are here, then this is it.
