November the 5th meet RSRRCT to return to CODEX with a heavy hitting two track release! 
The lead song, "The Day They Came For Me" is a rolling heavy kick laden dance floor oriented track. It has a strong hypnotic lead with a vocal like synth designed after a similar one in the song "Oh Yeah", by the group Yello. The B side is another dark techno track with a stabby bass that opens up throughout the track and vocal line recorded by RSRRCT himself.

December the 17th meet Crossbow with her banging debut On CODEX recordings - "Techno Is My DNA" two-techno-tracks release!

"Techno is my DNA" delivers a racing groove with moments of dramatic vocals and interlocking synth patterns. While the track offers plenty of atmosphere, it maintains a straightforward and mechanical feeling, which inspires a focused state of mind. This track was created with minimal but strong elements. 

"Acid Angel" features a strong acid line that evolves slowly to build tension until the main drop, where it finally asserts it's dominance. A gentle arp and pads work together to create a light moodiness, which contrasts with the powerful acid line. This track was inspired by rave sounds from the 90s.

Harshal brings his signature production style with the use of traditional Indian skin and woodwind instruments mixed with modern electronic synths, to create a unique style of hypnotic techno for the dancefloor. The EP consists of 2 tracks Drishtikona and Rahasya, which revolve around the concept of human perspective. Drishtikona (translation: Perspective) signifies the uniqueness of every individual's perspective of the world and each other. The second track Rahasya (translation: Mystery) expresses that every individual's perspective is a mystery in itself.

Luel about the release: "Flutter" is a 134 bpm peak time techno track. I formed the basis of the track with its bass and acid sound. There are 2 small vocal parts. Apart from the main techno elements, I planned to put the listeners into a different mood by integrating the breakbeat, atmospheric pad and vocals in the break section.

""What Am I Scheming EP" tells a story of transformation through a contrast of melodic and atonal sounds. The title track is a hard hitting mix of vocal samples, coordinating basslines, metallic swoops, and plucks galore. "Differential" is a song based around a heavily manipulated recording of wind squeaking through a door in a Berlin apartment, which consistently plays behind a moody bassline, a repeating eerie synth hit, and mesmerizing vocal chops."

@stiv-hey delivers Hyperion Ep with the Italian producer's signature futuristic techno sound. With his passion for the sci-fi world Stiv is not new to intergalactic explorations thru his music. As Stiv says 'The inspiration for writing this tracks came from a book I was reading based on the story of the system of Hyperion, which was attacked by some external enemies. So I imagined to recreate that battle in these tracks. Delta is the start of the battle, it has a more groovy feeling as the enemies are descending the spaceships and attacking the planet's population. The vocal is imagined to be some general that shout to his men and robots to kill all the Delta, inhabitants of the Hyperion planet. In the breakdown there is a great build up of tension which resolves in the 303 stab hitting after the drop, giving the kind of sense of an explosion happening during the attack. The track Hyperion is the full battle, the track is intense and the sounds in it rappresent the space warriors doing circles in the sky with their ships and fighting each other. The groove is solid and the energy is very high, you can almost feel the battle excitement while listening to the track.
